Located on beautiful, quiet brick ally-way with dedicated off-street parking. Private outdoor patio w/ furniture and grill. On-site laundry. Sleeps 5 comfortably,1 month minimum.

In this property you will experience a neighborhood that few St. Pete natives know exist - despite its beauty and close proximity to the vibrant Downtown. Here you will enjoy being part of The city’s first historic district living among beautiful architecture, mature native plants, a hilly park, and friendly neighbors. The property is a mother-in-law suite built in 1915 and has been renovated to meet modern comforts. The decor is meant as a nod to everything that makes St. Pete so special: sunny outdoor living, a rich history, an active art scene, and a lot of fun!
