The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay extra:

included electricity till 105 kwh/week and water till 15 cbm/week (more consumption is to pay extra)

The Space:
Lovely holiday home near the beach in a quiet location (dead end street) with private pool.
Very nice property with palm trees and baobab trees and other Mediterranean plants.

The house has:
living-dining room with exit to the balcony (with exit to the pool terrace), 1 kitchen (with dishwasher), 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms (2 of them with air conditioning);

Fiber optic WiFi available.

On the property there is a large covered parking space for 2 cars.

Small dog possible on request (max. 10 kg and at least 1 year old).

Restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. It is about 1.5 km to the sandy beach.

Guest Access:
The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc.

The Neighborhood:
quiet international neighborhood.

Getting Around:
Restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. It is about 15-20 minutes walk to the beach.

Other Things to Note:
Families with children are preferred or couples over 25 years of age. No groups with singles. Dog up to 10 kg and from 1 year possible.
