At the condo, prepare delectable meals in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, grill, crock pot, InstaPot, and all the necessary appliances and utensils. Sunset at the Regency features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom #1 offers a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, and Bedroom #3 has double bed bunk beds. We round out sleeping for 10 with a sleeper sofa.

Regency Towers, one of the most popular resorts in Panama City, is on the quiet end of the beach, not far from St Andrews State Park, and offers all the perks couples, families, and friends need for a superb vacation. The resort has two large pools on site (one of which is heated) in addition to a kiddie pool, indoor hot tub, and a poolside Tiki Hut that is beautifully remodeled with TVs, a full menu, and a full bar with mixed drinks, wine, and beer. Order from your pool chair, or the beach simply by scanning the QR code. There is plenty of fun to be had and memories to be made without stepping foot off the resort. Perfectly located on Thomas Drive, guests can easily walk down the beach to the popular Schooners beachfront restaurant/bar plus access any of the additional fantastic restaurants, water parks, grocery stores and more in the area.

~ Booking Requirements: primary renter must be at least 25, sign a rental agreement, and be present for the stay.
~ A $500 refundable damage deposit hold is required.
~ Resort Fee: a $40 resort fee is paid to the resort upon arrival and includes one parking pass. Additional passes (limit of two more) are $15 each.
~ Policies: maximum 10 guests. No pets, parties, smoking, or emotional support animals (ESAs) allowed.
