Great Apartment Stay

We stayed at the apartment for a weekend tournament and it worked perfectly for us. Comfortable king beds, great space to lounge in the living room and dining area and it was a clean, modern space.

We came to ride the loop and the condo's proximity to the park was perfect. Nicely updated and clean with no carpeting, which we love!

Perfect Cozy Home

This place was the perfect spot for us to stay during our family trip to Vegas. The condo was perfect for me to be able to work and still have space for my mom to do her thing and be able to relax! It's a great location close to anything you could want. The directions were clear and concise and I would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great home away from home!

Nice Condo

This was a great place to stay. Comfortable and close to the Strip. Great parking. Light was out near the door so hard to see address and no coffee pot (Keurig?) but still a great experience.

Very nice place to stay and close to downtown Las Vegas

Property was in a nice quiet gated development less than 10 minutes drive from “The Strip”. There was a designated covered parking spot. Very clean. Looked exactly like the pics.

Quick Getaway

My family and I came into town late on a Friday night and we had an amazing stay. The place was beautiful and super clean. I was very impressed with this destination. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were nice. The TV was logged into all the streaming apps- which was nice- I’ve never stayed anywhere that has done this. It was about a 20 minute overdrive to the strip but close to food, coffee, gas stations and grocery stores. Will definitely be staying there again!

We found the apartment clean, spacious, and comfortable, and we felt safe during our stay. Basic supplies (cutlery, toilet paper, etc.) were provided, which was convenient. The beds, which were memory foam, weren’t very comfortable for us, although that may be a matter of personal preference. The cooling system kept the apartment cool in the Vegas heat, but it was quite loud and cycled on and off throughout the night, which disrupted my sleep. Closing the door made the room too warm. Overall, despite these small issues, it was a good stay.

The Weekend in Vegas

When we arrived we were glad of how private the apartment was. The cleanliness and space of the apartment for two couples visiting Vegas was great! It was not too far from the strip! The price for staying at this beautiful apartment was way cheaper than staying at the Casinos! We had a few times when we had trouble getting into the apartment but, the hosts were very quick to respond!It’s nice to know if anything happened they were easy to get a hold of! I will definitely be staying here again the next time I visit. Thank you again!

Fantastic location!

This place was SPOTLESS upon arrival. I literally slept in the bed for 12 hours straight, 7 PM to 7 AM the first night. It was SOOO comfortable! The shower was also amazing!!!! Access to the unit was without issue and the host was VERY helpful and easy to communicate with. Right around the corner was a delightful coffee and waffle shop, along with a Craft beer place which was also awesome. This was a great location for us. I love the pine trees around the place. I cannot say enough good things about this place! THANK YOU!!!!

Perfect Little Spot

Comfy beds, modern & updated unit. Light & bright. Easy access to the highlights of Las Vegas. Liked the covered parking so close to the apartment. Didn't use the pool, but it was close by. I would say be cautious of the shower floors- they are large format tile- we found them to be very slick, so I stood on a hand towel in the shower. There's no Keurig, so be prepared if you need coffee in the morning. (There's a Dunkin Doughnut just up the road) Overall, great place! Would stay again!

Beautiful Safe Place

The host was wonderful to make arrangements with, and answered every little question. Including having something shipped to the property for when we'd get there, it is gated. There wasn't a lot of cutlery/kitchen tools but what we bought to eat, we weren't affected much by this. The map said this location was only 20 minutes to the Thomas and Mack...this was never the case with Las Vegas traffic unfortunatley-not the hosts fault just something to be aware of if you have a tight time line. Would definitley stay here again

Exceeded expectations

This is the second ALFAN property I have stayed at and they have both exceeded expectations. This place is really nice and well appointed. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it had a gas cooking range as opposed to the electric one shown in the picture. This was a huge bonus for me. The kitchen is fully stocked, so cooking will not be an issue for anyone. I requested no fragrance from the cleaners, and my request was honored. This is a big deal to me, and I appreciate it. Highly recommend

Great newly renovated 2BR in central location

The property is very nice and newly renovated. The bathrooms had great showers and the shower heads were large with great pressure. Everything in the unit was new and very nice. The location is central and it is easy to get to the strip if you are going there. It is not a great area to walk around as Rainbow street is very busy but there are sidewalks so you can walk to one shopping center that has a few restaurants. You definitely need a car in my opinion. It was a great location for us. The complex has a gym but it is old with very old equipment. I would stay here again mainly due to the quality of the remodel and the quiet setting. .
