You are immediately struck by gorgeous view from the huge picture window and expansive glass doors - a panoramic view of the island . The entire home is styled in an eclectic mix to suit the Florida lifestyle. The living room features comfortable couches and chairs. There's a large TV so you can watch your favorite show or a movie. There's also free Internet throughout the condo - the perfect way to research the activities and destinations you want to visit while you're here, email your family and friends, or make dinner reservations at one of our popular restaurants on the water.

Through the sliding glass doors awaits your glimpse of paradise - a huge screened in lanai with breathtaking views of the Bay and the Island - a place where you will no doubt spend many relaxing hours dining or reading a book while you take in the sea air. The beautifully designed, eat in kitchen has all the bells and whistles. Modern appliances compliment the custom cabinetry and granite countertops to make meal prep a pleasure. The Master Bath has double sinks with an expansive vanity, a soaking tub and separate shower. The Guest Bedroom is beautifully decorated and features a Queen-sized Bed and its own TV. Directly next door is the Guest Bath with a Tub/Shower combo. Off the Living Room, you will go through French Doors to reach the 2nd Guest Bedroom that houses a Full-sized Bed and TV. The 3rd Bath complete with a shower supports those extra guests. There is a STRICT no smoking, no pets policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.
