KING BEDS in both bedrooms! Plus a pull out bed in the couch in the living room and two extra single beds (including pull out trundle) in the 2nd bedroom.

We also own unit #1 directly next door, which is nearly identical to #2 and was also recently remodeled so if you ever need two side-by-side units for larger groups, let us know (total capacity 16 between the two)

Sunset Ridge on Taneycomo #1, is exceptionally clean and spacious and recently remodeled. We have separate living and dining areas, and a well stocked kitchen with new appliances and great cooking utensils.

KING BEDS in both bedrooms! Walk in shower in master. Plus a pull out bed in the couch in the living room and a trundle in the 2nd bedroom.

Private deck with great ridgeline views. Seasonal views of Lake Taneycomo, the dam and great sunsets.

Roku smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms for streaming and cable

1 Gig wifi speed!!

FYI we also own unit #2 directly next door, which was also recently remodeled and is nearly identical to this unit. If you ever need two side-by-side places for a larger group, let us know.

GOLF SPECIAL: Show the clubhouse a booking confirmation for our condo and as for the "Stay and Play" special to receive $60/person for 18 holes plus cart (regular $110). Try the Pointe Grill after your round for great food and friendly service!

This is a lovely condo and exactly as it was described. It is perfectly located within the Point Royale Resort. It is only a short walk to the golf course, swimming pool etc. The stairs down to the condo are wide and easily navigated. The kitchen is nicely decorated and has new appliances. The bedrooms are roomy and the beds are comfy. The back deck is lovely with spectacular views of the bluff and gorgeous sunsets. It had everything we needed and more to enjoy our mini-vacation.

Loved this property. Of all the short term rentals we have done, this is probably the nicest. Extremely clean, kitchen very well stocked, comfortable place. And we loved the deck. I was so quiet all the time. Thanks for letting us stay, and we will be excited to come back.

This place had everything we needed as a family of four with a 3 and 5 yo. The location was very secure and Pointe Royale is very well kept. We appreciated the washer and dryer the most! This was a nice quiet place to rest in between all the fun attractions in town. It is located nicely and was a short jaunt to both Branson attractions and Silver Dollar City.The property owners were very attentive and actually checked in on us while we stayed via Vrbo messages. Overall the stay was excellent and would HIGHLY recommend!

Excellent layout for the group we were traveling with. Extremely good location for everything from the strip to silver dollar city.Gated entrance and community was nice and quiet. Will stay again here in the future if the need arises.

My cousins and I enjoyed our short stay on our way home to TX from Iowa for a family wedding. It is well-appointed and in a beautiful location. I would love to return and spend a little more time next time.

Perfect place to stay

We enjoyed staying at steve's place. Everything was spotless and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had a little bit of everything. The living room was very inviting and the sofas were super comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the neighborhood was very peaceful. Everything went smoothly from chek-in to check-out. We highly recommend steve's place.

Floors not clean

Condo is nicely furnished and decorated. Floors appeared to be clean but when walking barefoot feet were very dirty.

Branson stay

I would highly recommend staying here. Our second day there we woke up to an air conditioning that had quit overnight.We contacted the owner and within an hour the host had contacted a repair service and the unit had to be replaced which was done within 4 hours. The location of this unit is a great place to stay.

Cozy Branson Getaway!

Steve's communication, from booking to check-out, was fantastic! His directions on how to access the property, as well as the steps needed for check-out, were clear and easy to understand. The condo itself is located outside of Branson proper, which contributed to its quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the property is a pretty short drive away from downtown Branson and other nearby attractions. The property was clean, very private, and had everything we needed! We'll stay here again next time we visit Branson!

Nice place to stay. Easy access to all Branson has to offer. Had great views of the dam and White River. We had Walmart delivered right to our doorstep multiple times. Kids loved the community pools. Next Branson trip we will check for the availability of this property first.

A quiet retreat in Branson!

We had a wonderful experience here! Excellent location just a couple miles from Branson, yet close enough to be at most places within minutes. Gated community offers peace, quiet, and safety. Check-in was easy, our stay was great, and everything was sparkling clean and ready for us. We appreciated the uplifting messages throughout the house- it's evident that Steve and Sue have put a lot of time and work into making this property an inviting and comfortable one for their guests.

Beautiful view and amazing accommodations

The view is absolutely breathtaking. It was amazing to sit out on the back porch in the morning drinking coffee and relaxing. We did not walk to the pool area, but definitely close enough if you wanted to. The condo had everything we needed for a successful stay. If we come back to Branson, we will definitely look at staying here again!

We love the Ozarks area of Missouri and especially the natural outdoor beauty. We like to hike, bike, swim, water ski, kayak, canoe, go for long walks and anything else to enjoy being outside.

Our side-by-side, just remodeled properties (Sunset Ridge on Taneycomo #1 and #2) are both a perfect combination of access to all the fun activities of Branson, the amenities of Point Royale, and the very close proximity to hiking and water sports of the surrounding lakes and parks. Both properties and decks have great sunset views! Unit #1 was remodeled as of January '23 and unit #2 remodeling was just completed in March. If you enjoy active outdoor activities, Point Royale is a great place to be!

What we love the most about our condo is hanging out on the very private, over-sized deck. The year round sunset views are awesome and we love the peace and quiet of morning coffee or an evening glass of wine on the deck. It is a great spot to start and end every day of fun at Pointe Royale or in Branson!
