Nestled at the foot of Granby Ranch Resort, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers the ultimate ski-in/ski-out experience! Just step out the back door and you're right at the lifts of Granby Ranch, making it effortless to hit the slopes in winter. Come summer, enjoy convenient access to the epic biking and hiking trails. Base Camp One sits at the heart of Grand County, serving as your perfect hub for countless recreational adventures. Aside from the immediate skiing and thrilling mountain biking, you'll find yourself in close proximity to Golf Granby Ranch, Pole Creek Golf Course, Winter Park Ski Area, Rocky Mountain National Park, Hot Sulphur Springs, Grand Lake, Lake Granby, and Arapaho National Forest—all reachable within a 30-minute drive from this prime location.

The primary bedroom features a king bed with an attached ensuite, bedroom #2 has a queen bed, and bedroom #3 contains two twin bunks, accommodating a total of 8 guests. . Book your stay with SkyRun Grand County today!

Parking Notes: There is a strict 1-car per condo policy. There is a parking pass for the garage located in the condo. This unit at Base Camp does not have a ski locker for Guest use. You will need to bring your skis in to the unit.

The unit was thoughtfully appointed and had essentials, such as dish soap, laundry soap, and coffee, provided for our two night stay. These small touches made our stay smooth and effortless. Beds were super comfortable and the location could not be beat! Although there were only three of us there's plenty of room for more.

Spring break ski trip

Very clean and so close to the lifts. Easy for our group of varying ages to come back to the condo and then meet again on the slopes.

Can’t beat Base camp!

Overall we had a great stay this year! Only problem with the unit was the tv in the primary bedroom was old and did not work at all. Also the kitchen could have been better appointed

On the slope!!

The condo is exactly as pictured. So nice and clean and plenty of space. It is literally a 30 second walk to the lift!! So nice to have heated parking and a locker for your skis on the first floor. Will definitely stay again.

Ski Vacation

The property was in places tired looking and cramped (bed 3) with two large bunk beds and no storage for clothing. for some reason a property to sleep 9 guests you would think that there would be more than 5 Mugs available or cutlery to cater for the guests staying.

Great property!

This was a great property in the perfect location if you plan to hit the slopes. There were also plenty of supplies for our stay which was nice. It was clean and well maintained. The only feedback I would leave that could use improvement would be the bed in the master bedroom. It's an old lumpy spring mattress that was not very comfortable. Other than that, it was a perfect stay!

Cons: no access to pool or hot tub after 6:30 pm, was not given code to back door, had to walk all the way around the building to enter. No cable tv.

OUTSTANDING-A Great Space & Amazing Location

The location of the property to the slopes, restaurant, pool, & hot tub amazing! The beds were very comfortable, along with the everything the kitchen had for use to use! The way that the space is designed with the parking garage below, the ski slopes out the back, a beautiful balcony out of the living room, and everything you could ever want just 30 seconds away, is JUST PERFECT!!! We will be back and staying again, with more time to enjoy the outdoor pool, hot tub, & the spa features that are so close by! I have skied countless resorts in Colorado, being a CO Native and this will now be the TOP SPOT!!! Thanks for a fantastic stay & the memories that will last a lifetime! If you want a great spot, relaxing bed, & home this is the perfect place when you love the outdoors! Book it Today!

Beautiful property

Loved this property! Very modern, clean, beautiful view & spacious for 2 families. The 4 kids loved the bunk beds. Beds for adults were very comfortable. Plenty of seating & everything we needed was provided. Easy access to the pool & hot tub. Washer/ dryer & grill on the deck were a great bonus! We stayed in the fall, but definitely want to stay again during ski season!

Such a great place

This place is so convenient to stay at. It has everything you need to feel right at home. The location is central to so many other places that we wanted to see while we stayed there. The whole facility was clean and very modern. I cant wait to go back and stay at the same place again. Its just like home.

My family loved this property. It was by far the best place we have stayed in the area. We have stayed in a lot of rentals as work brings my husband and myself to the area every summer. The condo was beautiful and well-stocked. The property had nice amenities. It is close to the local supermarket. The property manager is responsive and helpful. We will return.

Great Family Getaway

Our family took our first trip to Granby. The location was accessible to everything the area has to offer. We enjoyed time at the pool, live music at the bottom of the slope and a beautiful golf course. The condo was clean and spacious with plenty of room for our two families. Sipping coffee while enjoying the view of the mountains or grilling in the evening on the private deck were great perks. We will defiantly be back for ski season.

You will need to know your unit number and length of stay upon check-in.-Cost is $10 per person per day 8 years and younger are free-Guest will need pick up the key at Ranch Hall from between the hours of 8-4:45-Guest will need to return key daily or they be charged.Please note: In the event that a private hot tub in a rental property becomes inoperable during your stay, SkyRun Winter Park will make all attempts to correct the problem as soon as possible and refund a maximum of $25 per day.  This does not apply to on-site recreational facilities where the guest has access to.
