Villa Buckeye - beautiful Villa with amazing outdoor area and direct gulf access

Our "Villa Buckeye" is in the central south-east Cape Coral, in a quiet and well-maintained residential area, at a canal with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico.

Villa Buckeye features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large and bright living and dining area. The open, modern, and fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and with a granite counter leaves nothing to be desired.

The dining room offers a stunning view to the huge pool and terrace area as well as to the canal. It has enough space for 6 guests.

The large master bedroom has a king-size bed, a spacious walk-in closet and a TV. It has a separate access to the pool area and the large sliding door allows a nice view of the generously designed outdoor area and the canal. The large master bathroom is equipped with a separate toilet, a spacious walk-in shower, and a double sink,

In the second bedroom, you have a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a TV. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub/shower, and toilet.

Open the high sliding doors in the living area and you will be impressed how beautiful the room toward the gorgeous and beautifully designed, west facing pool area will be. Outside you have a large, electric heated saltwater pool, comfortable terrace with cozy patio furniture, and sun loungers, and a magnificent water view. Come and enjoy the sun all day and experience spectacular sunsets with a barbecue on the large electric grill!

Directly behind the house is a large boat deck. Rent a boat and start your boat trips to the beautiful islands around Cape Coral.
