Located on the corner of Vendig street and Ashford Avenue, half a block from Condado Beach, this 2 bedroom comfortable apt is in the center of the best restaurants, bars, shopping and casinos. No need to rent a car, although gated parking is provided. 10 minutes from Luis Munoz International Airport (SJU) and only 10 min Uber ride to Old San Juan. Fully equipped modern kitchen, washer and dryer. A/C units throughout. Wi-Fi high speed internet, linens and towels are provided. Contact us anytime.

We stayed here for the weekend and had an amazing experience. Everything we needed for our stay was there, they had private parking, very short walk to the beach. We received quick responses from the host to all our questions. We would definitely recommend this property, photos were accurate to what we saw. We would rent again. Thank you to the host for making our experience seamless.

Great location

We only stayed overnight but were pleased with the area. It is very close to the beach and a short drive to Old San Juan. I had issues entering the property (my fault) and the host was very helpful and friendly.

Very beautiful stay. Sergio was very responsive when reached and very detailed with his response. Nothing bad to complain but make sure to sleep through noise at night and morning. Would be very nice if the windows are updated to sound prove windows but also make sure that you will be staying at one of the busiest streets in PR. Great stay if you're looking to enjoy the night life or if headed to the beach early morning.

Awesome apartment

The apartment was perfect but due to unfortunate circumstances power was out when we arrived. We were is constant communication with host Sergio. We were nervous about when power would return. So we checked into hotel.We received our credit back, Sergio was awesome & fully understood. When we go back to Puerto Rico I would totally stay there. Great location on the strip. Thank you Sergio for being such a great host.

Short stay

Host informed us of the renovation in the building. The apartment was newly done but the hall and common areas felt old and a bit grungy. He informed us of the ongoing electrical issues since hurricane Maria .iand we experienced an island wide blackout. Lucky for us there was a Wahlgreen down the street where we got ourselves flashlights and a portable charger for our cell phones.

It appears the condo it has been renovated and the pictures appear beautiful. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach. Upon arrival we noticed there was no shower curtain nor shower door on one shower as well as the other shower dripping constantly. The host of the unit fixed both quickly and offered another condo but there was only 3 beds and we needed 4 beds.The stove top knobs were broken, the toilet did not flush, and the plugger had no suction. The living room blinds did not roll so we were not able to see outside. The living room clock did not work and there were no batteries in the TV remotes. The dryer was not connected hence that is a fire hazard. The bedroom closet door was off it’s hinges. There were no kitchen wash clothes nor kitchen towels for cleaning dishes.All of the TP and paper towels were 1/2 used upon arrival. There were no spare paper towels. The living room balcony was locked and unable to access. Nails were hanging in the dining room but no picture hung.A 1/2 used bottle of dishwashing soap was supplied in the kitchen.

No electric

When they tell you.its rolling blackouts and your building is the only one out in the whole area. Than there something else wrong with the supply of electricity. The fumes from the generator smothers the whole building and it only supplies power to hall lights and elevator

Un hermoso apartamento cerca de la playa.

Definitivamente vuelvo! Un apartamento muy bonito y con todo lo necesario. De lo que más me gustó fue su ubicación cerca de buenos restaurante y bares. La playa tiene muy buen ambiente y está caminando a media cuadra.
