Oceanfront, Ground-Level Unit: Watch the sunrise from the porch. Private boardwalk to the beach.

Outdoor Amenities: Shaded gazebo on the sand with grilling area. Private oceanfront deck. Seating on front porch.

Single Family Beach House: Divided into four units. THIS IS UNIT ONE, ISLAND CLUB 1.

Well-Appointed Kitchen: Dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator. Keurig and drip coffee makers.

Living Area: Open concept to kitchen and dining room. Italian leather, power reclining sectional sofa, 65” smart TV with streaming (Netflix, Disney+, Paramount+, FUBO). No cable TV.

Master Bedroom: Queen bed, 14” memory foam mattress, en suite bathroom, 50” smart TV.

Second Bedroom: Two bunk beds (10” memory foam mattresses), 50” smart TV, sleeps 4.

Bathrooms: Massaging shower heads.

Accessibility: NO STAIRS. Parking for 2 vehicles. The building has a private lot with 6 designated spaces for 4 units, plus 2 overflow spots on the side. Additionally, the large vacant lot directly across the street, just steps away, is available for guest parking.

Location: East end of the island, Approximately 1 mile from grocery stores, restaurants, bars, gift shops.

Outdoor Living Space: 300+ sq. ft. covered oceanfront deck.

Provided: Bed linens, bath towels, beach chairs, beach towels, starter supply of paper products.

Private Washer & Dryer: Available for use.

No Smoking inside the building. Front and back porch are permitted.

NO PETS: strictly enforced, $75 per pet per day fine.

Note: Ring camera on front door. Small closet in second bedroom and kitchen pantry locked for owner/maintenance use. Additional storage provided.

We have been to St. George Island several times, but this was our first time to stay in this unit. The family and I were well pleased, the apartment was well stocked, clean, and the furniture was comfortable. The only slight drawback was there was a small hindrance in the view of the ocean when sitting on the back porch. However, it was a great view, standing up and at the gazebo. I felt like this rental was better than it was advertised. “Under promised and over delivered!”

Everything was great. Loved the short walk to the beach. Gazebo was perfect for morning coffee watching the dolphins.

Pros: Easy check-in. Clean unit. Beach is very uncrowded with easy access. Nice linens and living room furniture. Nice, large deck with good furniture, but no view of Gulf due sand dune blocking it. Quiet unit - unable to hear neighbors.Cons: Worst bed we've ever slept in. My husband and I slept apart each night, because of the bed, and yes, we tried swapping sides. Neither of us could sleep on the side of the bed facing the bathroom. It pitches you to the middle. I shared this with the owner privately, and they said they would look into it, but also shared that her cleaning crew tested it and said it was fine. Parking is terrible at this 4-unit condo. After you have paid and a week before you arrive, you're told parking is "first come, first served." This is because there is not enough parking spaces. Luckily for this 4-unit condo there is an empty lot across the street, and you can park on the side of the road across the street. All paying guests should have atleast one parking space. When I privately communicated with the owner about the poor parking situation, I was basically told she didn't understand what I didn't understand about the parking rule of "first come, first served." Then, she went on to say there was two parking spaces per unit. None of her communications ever mentioned two parking spaces per unit. All that was ever said after full payment and a week before our stay was that was parking was "first come, first served." Look at the pictures for truth.

Property was exactly as listed. It was extremely well kept, clean, and had no odor whatsoever. The host did a wonderful job making us feel welcome and safe. Neighbors were friendly and quiet. Check in and checkout were seamless. Beautiful clean beach and quiet area with great restaurant selections. Steps away from the beach which was not at all crowded in early June.

Perfect vacation rental!

Location was clean and wonderful! The photos of the beach side don't capture how amazing it is to just open your door and look at the waves. It was our first time on the island, and we will be back for sure!

What a lovely little trip

Wonderful Island Escape! at Island Club, St George Island, FL

Wow, such easy access to the Gulf beach! This nicely appointed unit on the ground floor with its Gulf-side patio is very clean and comfortable. The beach is only steps away! The shared gazebo/tiki hut is a lovely spot to see the sun rise and to dolphin watch. Thanks, Rayna, for sharing your lovely place!

Great spot!

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay here. It was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Being able to walk out a few steps on to the beach was incredible. Being on the beach and having a bathroom and kitchen so close was very convenient. Would stay here again.

Great getaway!

Location was amazing! The owner carefully considered so many extras that I brought but didn’t need. Super clean and very comfortable. The binder was a wealth of information including restaurant menus, things to do. If you go, don’t miss the State park and the lighthouse museum. And we rode out the outer bands of Hurricane Florence and still had a wonderful visit. Water spouts, tornado warnings! You won’t be disappointed! …

Hi! My name is Rayna and I am thrilled to be your host. I have been in event planning and management for most of my life and I’m happy to be able to offer my second home as a part-time rental. I have lived in Florida since grade school and married the boy next-door. We just celebrated our 22nd anniversary and have two beautiful daughters. We also have two amazing rescue dogs! I love all things related to Florida including sunrises and sunsets, fishing, boating, swimming, beaching, sunbathing , coconuts, flamingos, and flip-flops! I thank God every day that I live in this amazing state and I can’t wait to share a little part of it with you!

St. George Island is an amazing place. It’s a little over 20 miles long and half of that is the state park. It’s not glitzy and there are no frills. St. George is an island that has stayed true to its natural charm. Pristine, natural, and undisturbed are all words to describe this unique place. Sea turtles are king of the island and all of the residence are big on nature. You will fall in love with Island Escape as soon as you arrive. You can hear the roar of the ocean and see the waves from the inside as well as on your spacious ocean front deck. The private gazebo is amazing. We have had many weddings here! And many anniversaries to come! Private beach house living without the expensive price tag. You can take amazing long walks on the beach or fish right on the surf. You can either enjoy the peace and solitude or go on an island adventure! Couldn’t get any closer to the sand if you tried! Newly decorated and brought up to date with smart TVs throughout, there is something to enjoy or do for everyone! It’s everything you need on our amazing little island, truly living up to the name Island Escape!
