Summary:

Genuine luxurious logs. You will be able to relax in the year-round spa reserved for your group. The chalet is located only 30 minutes from Mont-Tremblant and 15 m. by car from a beautiful sandy beach.



Only one small dog is allowed, with additional fees (100$+tx/dog). Dogs are not allowed in high season.



Need a car with good tires in winter (no 4 season tires in winter)

The Space:

Guests have access to two lakes. The first lake is a 2-minute drive from the chalet via Chemin Nepthalie-Maher. Once at the lake, there are 5 docks accessible to the public. The second lake is a 12-minute drive away and is perfect for families with young children because it has a small (unsupervised) beach. The location is very quiet, quiet, and surrounded by nature.



Getting Around:

Besoin d'une bonne auto, et de bons pneus d'hiver en hiver.



Other Things to Note:

As the residence is located in the countryside, there could be - despite the necessary measures put in place to prevent this - insects or small animals in the vicinity or getting inside if doors and/or windows are left open.



A security deposit of $1000 is required as a pre-authorization on a credit card for all rentals made through certain platforms.



Pets are welcome (with an additional cleaning fee of $100+tax/dog), except during summer and winter.



To finalize the chalet reservation, we kindly ask for a copy of an official photo ID (such as a driver’s license, health card, or passport).
