Enjoy a lovely and cozy space to unwind in this newly renovated duplex! Admire the crisp, contemporary décor of the open-plan living space and modern environment that will not disappoint your expectations! This home is perfect for any desired length of stay.

This location is perfect as it sits 2 minutes away from the highway that gets you anywhere in Lubbock quickly, the South Loop 289. You're within 5 minutes of a Walmart, a Walgreens 24-hr pharmacy, and the South Plains mall with plenty of restaurants within easy reach. Texas Tech University is only 7 minutes away!

As for the property itself, inside you will be welcomed into a stunning living room with a fireplace. Working from a computer? This house is equipped with Wi-Fi and a workspace for answering those late night emails! The living room and both bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs that you can watch YouTube Tv on while you lay your head down at night and drift into a peaceful sleep. The fully functional kitchen comes loaded with all the essentials that you would need for a quick breakfast on the go or even to host a small get together with friends!

Parking in front of the property has plenty space for 2 vehicles and there is always free parking available on the street. There is a small pet fee. Please put in the initial booking description.

Great size! Weekend getting our TTU student back to Lubbock and settled for spring semester. Had everything we needed and easy location. Will definitely stay there again when we are back in Lubbock!

Very nice home. It had all the amenities. The beds were comfortable. The home is centrally located to the four corners area and not far for a day trip to Durango. We had a good experience staying at this home.

Adorable stay with heavenly beds

We loved our stay and the home is just as pictured. The beds are amazing and the box of cookies and brownies were such a fun surprise. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great Location

Would have loved a little more comfortable seating in the living room (there's a couch but no other "living room" type seating options) but other than that everything was great!
