Welcome! We offer a fully FURNISHED 1 BEDROOM UNIT WITH BALCONY FACING City View (27 SQM) on the 9th floor.
The building is new, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating.
We have 2 units almost facing each other for family and friends who want to stay together. This unit is fully furnished, functional and beautifully decorated. The building lobby and service are like a 5-star hotel. S Residences is strategically located within the Mall of Asia Complex & Entertainment City in Pasay City, Philippines. It places residents within walking distance to SM Mall of Asia, SMX Convention Center, MOA Arena, world-class casinos (City of Dreams, Okada Manila, Solaire), restaurants, shops, and transport links (MRT/LRT nearby).

This is a brand new property. Take a look at the 5-star lobby. Staff are very courteous and helpful. Amenities are great. We took time to renovate the units so they will be very comfortable for you. I bought properties for rentals because I go back to the Philippines few times a year because of my businesses in Palawan and each time I stay in Manila, I feel like the higher end hotels are too expensive. Our units are very affordable but you will have a feeling of being in 5-star hotel because of the quality of the room and everything that goes with it, the building itself, the staff and the location.
