This charming 3 bed, 1 bath colonial is in a prime South Haven location! Only 5 blocks to the beach and 5 blocks to downtown, this 3 bed, 1 bath home is close to everything South Haven has to offer!

3 bedrooms (2 queen beds & 2 twin beds). 1 full bathroom. Large dining room seats 6 . Spacious living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with items needed for cooking!

Window a/c units in the summer to help cool the house on those hot summer days.

Our goal is to make our home feel like your own!
The space
Bedrooms: 1 bedroom on the main floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs.
● Primary bedroom: 1st floor – 1 Queen bed
● Bedroom 2: 2nd floor – 1 Queen bed
● Bedroom 3: 2nd floor- 2 Twin beds

Great Getaway

My boys and I had an amazing town. The home was so welcoming close to the beach which we visited 2-3 times a day! We will definitely be booking again!!

First time in South Haven is a success!

My husband, 3-year old, and parents stayed in this cute house for our first time in South Haven. The host and hostess were extremely welcoming, providing helpful suggestions before we arrived and answered any questions we had along the way. Upon arrival, they had an organized binder filled with even more fun tips and beneficial information located in the house. They provided a wagon, sand toys, beach chairs, and a nice umbrella for us to use, which was extremely helpful! My daughter also loved the little drum set. Thank you so much for making our first trip to South Haven an unforgettable one!

Verycute! We would come back!

We only stayed 2 nights, but we enjoyed our stay. The house is very cute and comfortable. We drove to the beach, a bit of a walk with a 6 and 3 yr old. We definitely would stay here again!

Great Place!

We loved the stay at the blue house. Cozy beds, great location and the hosts promptly replied when we had a small issue. Decorated beautifully, we felt safe traveling as a group of 4 ladies. The sound machines in the bedrooms were an added bonus. Thank you for the great stay and we hope to come back again!

The Blue House in the Neighborhood

We had a great day. House was stocked with everything you need. Close to town close to the lake great to have a backyard patio and grill as well as a fire pit. Would stay again.

Very much enjoyed our stay! The hosts were easy to work with, the house was clean and nice, great location close to town. The only thing to know is that there isn't a bathroom on the second floor, which is where two of the three bedrooms are.

This place is a gem! The owners were very attentive and communicative - made it a breeze. This house is super cute, well stocked with everything you could need. Convenient location, walkable/short bike ride to downtown SH and the beach. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great house and location

This house was perfect! We stayed here for a girls trip and loved the house as soon as soon as we walked in. The location is fantastic - just a short walk to downtown South Haven. The house is cute and super clean and have everything we needed. The hosts are great and responded quickly to the questions we had. Would definitely recommend this rental. I’m sure we will be back!

Fun weekend

I stayed here for a girls’ weekend/mommy getaway with some lovely women that I grew up with. We mostly hung out around the house and caught up but did go out for dinner downtown. It was winter so we didn’t go to the beach but still had a lovely time.

Off Season, On Point

We were looking for a quiet three day getaway between family visits in NE Ohio. This house was ideal for us. Small town charms of downtown South Haven were less than 5 mins away by walking and beach access and local lighthouse were just a few minutes further. We took a day trip to Saugatuk and Holland on New Year’s Day.

Wonderful 3 day get away

My husband's favorite get away is when he can park the car and never get back into it until we leave. This was his kind of vacation! It was my husband and myself, along with our son, his wife and 2 children ages 1 and 3 who stayed in this small house for 3 nights. If we were staying for a long week or more we might have wanted a larger house but this one was perfect for us. Close to everything we needed. The wagon was wonderful for getting us to the beach and into town. We all loved to walk and get our steps in! Thanks Jason for a wonderful stay in South Haven.

If I was just rating the host and everything within their power, it would be a 5 star rating (clean, well stocked, well decorated, accurate online description). Great at communicating and even let us check in a little early since the cleaners were done. The temperature situation drops overall rating to 4 stars. The living area is HOT in the summer time. There is a small window unit near the dining room but it does not curb the temp of the living room, kitchen etc. The first floor bedroom was also hot as there is no window unit in the room. The upstairs rooms have window units that almost work too well. The rooms were either 64 degrees (set to 69 degrees) or too hot. There really was no in between. Wouldn’t have been as big of an issue except that we had young kids so they are a little more sensitive to temps. Overall, house was clean and as described. The laundry and beach items (chairs, wagon, toys, towels) were great to have as well.

Great stay!

Property was perfectly located and a great size for our family of 4! We travelled with our infant and 4 year old. We were easily able to walk to South beach and the downtown. House was older but clean and fit our needs wonderfully! We will definitely stay again!

Great location, adorable home

We loved our stay at this house near Lake Michigan. It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and it was close enough to the beach for my 3-year-old to walk there and back on his own. There's a playground nearby and also a playground on the beach. We appreciated the wagon available for use to help carry toys and towels too and from the beach. We will definitely stay here again.
