Great place to stay!
This property is close to ASU with a grocery store just down the street. The layout of the house is great with one bedroom on one side and the other two bedrooms at the other end. The living areas are cozy and comfortable. The pictures are very accurate and the house is lovely. There are train tracks right behind the house but we only heard one train a day. The property manager was great to work with and we hope to stay again some day!

This beautifully appointed 1,900-square-foot retreat comfortably sleeps 6–7 guests and features two private en-suite bedrooms, plus a third bedroom and a separate guest bath with a tub/shower combo—perfect for little ones or added flexibility.

Unwind your way with four oversized 85” TVs, one in each bedroom, all with Netflix included. The cozy den offers a sleeper sofa for extra guests, a large TV for movie nights, a collection of board games for evenings of laughter, and a dedicated desk space if a bit of work calls while you’re away.

The heart of the home is the luxurious, modern kitchen, complete with high-end appliances and a walk-in pantry—ideal for preparing memorable family meals. Prefer to dine outdoors? Fire up the barbecue on the back patio, gather around the patio table, and enjoy warm evenings under the open sky. It was close to all of our attractions (family, hiking trails, light show, and shopping) , quiet neighborhood. Utilized the dishes. Garage door didn’t work but oh well, we just parked outside We would stay there again

Great place to stay!

Amazing Stay!

Great vacation house! Communication with Cheri was easy and efficient. House was clean, central to dining places and Tempe Diablo Stadium, and highly entertaining. Will definitely stay here again!

Cozy and Clean

The property was perfect for our family getaway! The house had everything we needed, the putting green was a big hit, and it's in a great location. Cheri was great and provided necessary details and was available if we needed anything. We would stay here again.

Get Away with My Girls

My daughter, daughter-in-law and I enjoyed a brief stay at Sunswept Skies while visiting my granddaughter who lives and teaches in Phoenix. The house is lovely, quite comfortable and located in a nice area.

Excellent option!!

Location was perfect! Just minutes away from anywhere Tempe. The house was amazing, clean, and very spacious for the 6 of us…all adults. 3 baths were very helpful when getting ready to attend a wedding. The property manager was prompt, helpful and great to work with.

Great Stay

The house was as advertised. The location was perfect for where we wanted to stay. We were close to ASU & it was perfect for visiting our student over Christmas break. The location felt secure and safe. We did hear the train at night because the tracks are right behind the home but it wasn’t disturbing. It was just a surprise the first time we heard it. We encountered a couple of issues on our first day there but the local contact, Jamie was really helpful. Overall, it was a great stay.

Race stay

Very nice home that was perfect for our needs. The site manager, Parker, was very responsive and gave us detailed check in and check out instructions that made it very easy for us. Having access to a garage was a bonus. Love having a home that is simple with no clutter and lots of different seating area. If in the area again we would definitely stay here

Spring Training fun

Stayed here with 2 of my friends to take in some spring training games and do some hiking. Annamarie was great with communicating all the info to us. House looks newly renovated inside - it’s so nice! Backyard is great, there’s a small green for putting. Nice location, close to just about everything. We were all pleasantly surprised and will certainly look to stay here again.

Baseball Game Weekend

Property was great! Awesome hosts... let us check in early with no issues... house caretaker took care of our small issue... had little mishaps with AC... but got taken care of QUICKLY! THANK YOU... We will definitely be back!

Great experience in Tempe

The home was great. It suited our needs perfect. Super close to the clubs on Mill Avenue as well as Papago Golf Resort, the Zoo, and the airport. We did have problems getting into the house the first day but they were quickly resolved. The backyard isn't as nice as I thought it looked in the photos but it is still beautiful. The only complaint we had about it was the Master bedroom has french doors with glass that go into the house and you can see in those doors from the kitchen and you see the bed area. We would have liked to have some curtains or something on those doors to have a little more privacy but it was fine. It was a very well maintained home and in a decent area. If we come back and have the same needs as we did this time, we will definitely be back.

Very Nice House in a good area

We really liked this house. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were the best! The A/C worked well, ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, lots of natural light with skylights, and a garage. All worked well and the house was very comfortable. The location is easy access on and off highway, lots of good restaurants nearby, and a nice neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and the putting green in the backyard was really fun. Lots of shelf and counter space to place items, minimal decorating which is always a plus. We enjoyed staying here and would most likely stay again! Here is a couple of issues--the mirror light in Master did not work on one side, it was ok because the other side did. There was no remote control for the Master Bedroom TV. The cleanliness was a little subpar-we found trash under the couch, a big stain on the couch, and the floor rugs were dirty. The floor was clean but the rugs not. However, the bedrooms-the bathrooms were clean, not well stocked with items, we ran out and had to borrow from other bathrooms, but clean. Some suggestions--a bedside table in the master would be nice to place items on at night, a clock anywhere to see what time it is-none in the house, curtains on the master bedroom door--there is no privacy to the rest of the house. The french doors close but you can see into the room, and without a bathroom door--it can be a revealing position! The shades on all the windows are thin and allow in a lot of light, which we loved, but no sleeping late!
