In a highly desirable neighborhood, the exclusive gated community of Vista Sur Plantation. Custom built homes known for their exclusivity, elegance, and spaciousness.

This modern home is designed to set a harmonious balance with its environment, nestled among verdant trees and gardens surrounding the property.

The back terrace is perfect for outdoor dinners while enjoying the stars in the sky and the view of Ponce at a distance. To the right side there is a very cozy whirlpool / hot tub. It's just perfect for a splash at night when the temp drops to the 60s.

The open living area and kitchen, front and back terrace, are great for entertaining.

A spacious master bedroom with walk-in-closet and a luxurious bathroom, and three other bedrooms and laundry with clothes washer and dryer, cabinetry, and utility sink.

This property has one of the most breath taking views of Puerto Rico. If you are looking for a mountain experience with cool nights while still beign near by major stores and restauraunts this is it. The property itself needs some maitance in some areas but overall the experience was amazing.

EXPERIENCIA MARAVILLOSA

Estuvimos recientemente en esta casa de campo y fue una experiencia maravillosa. La vista es simplemente espectacular, con paisajes que transmiten mucha paz. Su ubicación es ideal, ya que está cerca de restaurantes y otras comodidades. La casa, construida en madera, tiene un ambiente muy acogedor que te hace sentir como en casa desde el primer momento.Sin embargo, creemos que sería ideal que se le dedique un poco más de atención al mantenimiento de las áreas verdes; banos; area exterior y algunos detalles de la casa. Esto no quita que el lugar sea un bálsamo de tranquilidad, pero con algunos ajustes quedaría aún más perfecta para los huéspedes.Definitivamente volveríamos, y esperamos con entusiasmo alquilarla nuevamente en el futuro. ¡Es un lugar con muchísimo potencial y encanto!

Muchas gracias Carlos por su generosa evaluación. Acabo de actualizar el TV a uno de 86” 4K con 120Hz para una mas vívida imagen. Aparte de eso he estado redoblando el mantenimiento dentro y fuera. Espero verlos nuevamente pronto. Gracias.

With hi speed internet and satellite tv you can keep connected and even work remotely from this idyllic location.

It's a one-of-a-kind custom-built Villa made with precious Brazilian wood. The location is picturesque, the air fresh and cool, peaceful. The decoration is eclectic, a mixture of antiques, artwork, and rustic details. Enjoy the hot tub - whirlpool to unwind. Yet it is also close to many nearby renowned restaurants and bars such as Delizias a Leña, the Sand and the Sea, Bohemia Cocina en Movimiento, Calypso, Hacienda Siempre Viva, el Mesón de Melquiades and more... Also, 52 minutes away from the San Juan and Ponce airports, 45 minutes from San Juan 30 minutes from 2 golf courses, practical to explore the central mountain range and nearby towns, the south coast on the Caribbean Sea, or the north Atlantic Ocean coast, or wander off farther to the north east or west coasts.
