We had a nice quiet stay at this condo in Longmont. It was close to shopping and restaurants, but located in a quiet community. We had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen and relax in the afternoons with a good book or puzzle. Appreciated having some basics like soap, paper towels, detergents, etc. provided. It cut down on what we needed to buy for the week. Beds were very comfortable and the showers were nice and hot. Always a plus that I look for.

This place was just what we needed! The house was spotless upon our arrival, and the host was very responsive. We needed an item at the VRBO and within a day there was a Target delivery at the doorstep. Books and toys were amazing for the kiddos. We loved having the park within walking distance, and you can't beat the beautiful views of the Rockies just out the window. We stayed with 6 people, and did not feel cramped at all. Plenty of room to spread out. It had a very private feel, too. Would definitely return.

What a great place!

The place was so comfortable and well appointed. My only suggestion is that the beds in the second bedroom were "bunkie" mattresses and not suitable for anyone except small children.

stairs

Be advised that this is a second-floor unit accessed by steep stairs. While dated (as described in the review of May 11, 2025) it was conveniently located, clean (except for the patio), and met all our needs.

Great location and value

This was a great experience! The property was exactly as pictured, and Erica went above and beyond with maps to make finding it easy. Property was clean, check-in/out easy, and the home is so well stocked with travel information, books, games and children's toys. Also had plenty of towels, which is unusual for most properties. Really nice, too, that she doesn't clear out things like condiments from the fridge, which made it feel even more like home. Highly, highly recommend.

Clean, comfortable, and centrally located.

Clean, beautiful condo with plenty of room. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with essentials. Super Target and King Soopers are down the road. It was a comfortable space to unwind, cook meals together, and reconnect. The complex is very quiet. This would be a perfect location if you wanted to visit Estes Park. Also great location for college visits to CU, CSU, or Mines. The host also checked on us which was very kind. We made it to the area just ahead of a huge snowstorm. I would definitely stay here again.

Needs some TLC

Good location for us as we spent time south in Boulder and NW at the National Park…the property is dated, weeds in the entry way, peeling paint both on outdoor chairs(we couldn’t use the deck) and the kitchen cupboards…kid room has very thin old mattresses with stained mattress pad…mold in the master shower…it was well appointed with kitchen stuff which was great…it would be a great property if they could upgrade furnishings…property manager was attentive.

Hi Paula! I’m so sorry to see these comments in the review. We’ll order some nicer outdoor furniture asap, that should have been addressed prior to your visit. We did not and still have not seen mold in the master shower, but we’ll have a professional validate this to be sure. As for the paint on the cabinets, that’s on our list of upgrades we’d like to do. The unit got a brand new HVAC system this year which was a priority over paint for now. Please reach out earlier next time, we would have loved to resolve these issue(s) during your stay as opposed to first hearing about all of this during the review.

Perfect Thanksgiving

We stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend to visit local family and cooked our first ever feast here. While it was a little challenging to find at first, once we did, it was super convenient to get to local shopping. The space was comfortable and the kitchen was awesome for our purposes. It was a convenient overall location to Denver, Boulder, and surrounding areas! Thank you for a great stay!
