This expansive and professionally designed home is packed with things to do and is minutes away from downtown Denver and near the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Hang by the fire pit, take a dip in the hot tub, sweat in the sauna or garage gym, or relax for a movie on the large couch.

Every inch of this home was built so that your group never has to leave. If your group is in an adventurous mood, it is also an excellent home base to city life, Red Rocks, the nearby mountain towns, and hiking.

THE SPACE
☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
This home has 4 bedrooms, 6 beds, and can accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably. There are a total of 4 King beds, 2 twin rollout beds, and 1 huge sectional couch.

Bedroom 1 - This bright upstairs master bedroom comes with a king bed, large private bathroom, and is surrounded by windows and styled with natural wood tones.
Bedroom 2 - This upstairs bedroom includes a king sized bed, ample closet space, and is styled with modern gray.
Bedroom 3 - This upstairs bedroom includes a king sized bed and full length mirror to bring a modern feel to this city oasis.
Bedroom 4 - This bedroom on the main level includes a king sized bed with a lot of natural light and ample closet space.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
You'll find two full and one half (three total) fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. You'll find a walk-in shower and one shower/tub combo. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs.

☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆
Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the large fully-stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. There are four stools at the counter for extra seating. The open-plan setting offers an unobstructed view out into both the living, dining, and outside areas.

There are many dining areas perfect for enjoying a meal. The main dining table is nearly 9ft long and has enough chairs for 8 guests, with an additional 4 chairs at the island.

The entire main floor has windows letting in natural light. Whether you want to open up your laptop to plan adventures for the day, host a dinner party, take advantage of all the amenities, or just want to take things easy, this open concept living room gives you all the space you need.

☆☆ GARAGE ☆☆
The garage has a 4-person infrared sauna. It also has a spacious gym with a squat rack, dumbbells of various weights, and a mirror.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
Just out the back sliding door you will find a dining table for 10, an additional lounge area for 5, seating around a glass fire pit, and a brand new hot tub. There is ample street parking directly in front of the house. Please do not park in the garage as that is reserved for the gym and sauna space.

GUEST ACCESS
You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's closet and the basement. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is very important. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.

The day of check-in I will send you an e-manual. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best things to do around Denver, my favorite restaurants, hikes, day trips, and much more!

Please note that we have installed cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside of the property.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000.

During your stay the below maintenance may take place:
- The hot tub crew usually stops by every Wednesday.
- The lawn care team typically drops by every Tuesday.
- The trash company collect garbage every Thursday morning or on Friday.
