This studio is one of the most comfortable, convenient, and cleanest places we’ve ever stayed in. Julio made sure his studio was well equipped. He was also very responsive, friendly, and accommodating if we needed anything! It’s very close to the beach, it’s quiet, safe, and very close to great shopping/restaurants (St. Johns Town Center). I would definitely recommend staying at this studio! We will keep it on our radar for another stay when we go back to Jacksonville!

Absolutely lovely place to rest. I wish my house was this tidy and clean. I had to hide the candy basket. Everything you need and more. Very accommodating host.

Quaint and Quiet

Communication with the host was spot on and easy. Checking in was easy. The studio was clean, upgraded, and very comfortable. My needs were definitely met for the duration of my stay and would stay here again.

Cute Studio!

Super cute and clean! Entry is easy and the studio area is private and sectioned off. Everything was neat and tidy and pretty much anything you need is provided for you!
