This space comes fully equipped with everything you need! You can decide to relax in the hot tub, snuggle by the fire pit, throw something on the grill, play corn hole, mini golf, connect four, checkers, etc. We have all you need in the comfort of your own space. Walking distance to Mass Ave, Monon Trail, and Bottleworks. Downtown is a quick 5 min drive. Trust me...you will absolutely love it here!

We came into Indianapolis to go to Jen con. We were disappointed that our lottery on the Internet did not secure us a hotel room close to the convention. However, as a family of four, we thought it might be nice to stay in a house and have a little bit of space for convention/family balance. This house turned out to be absolutely perfect for us. The two of us who are less into gaming were able to walk to two nearby restaurants for dinner And hold up in the house and watch the Olympics at night. All in all, the house has nice space for a family of four, and a reasonable kitchen if you decide to cook or even just have cereal every morning before going into town. We thought that the damage deposit was excessively high compared to other homes we have rented. We rent approximately three or four homes every year, and overall both the fees and the damage deposit on this house seemed exorbitant. We suppose this is probably due to the convention, and possibly a history of poor actors in the past. Still, we were rather surprised by the numbers, given that we had booked based on the nightly rate.

We love traveling and staying in nice places. We have stayed in some fantastic vacation rentals and some not so nice. We know paying 300 per night in a hotel room will not give us the same vibe as spending that or more in a vacation rental whereas we have access to the entire home. We also do not believe upscale amenities should break the bank, so we decided to start with our first property in Indianapolis as there is always so much to do and not enough time to take it all in. We simply love this spot and know you will too.

This property is in the heart of everything. It's located in the heart of an established historical quiet neighborhood. There are numerous churches of various faiths all over, there are several local gems for eating, and all-around good neighbors. We love the neighbors; it feels like home when we are there.
