Welcome to Pacific Place — your comfortable and centrally located home base in Omaha! Whether you're in town for work, play, or a bit of both, this main-floor retreat is ideal for families, medical professionals, business travelers, or weekend explorers.

Spacious & Private Stay:
Guests enjoy exclusive access to the main floor, featuring a cozy living room with a gas fireplace and a large picture window showcasing beautiful western sunsets. The king and queen bedrooms are outfitted with luxurious Aireloom mattresses, ceiling fans, and wall-mounted TVs for ultimate comfort.

Fully Equipped Kitchen + Dining:
Prepare home-cooked meals with ease on granite countertops in the fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy coffee your way—single cup or full pot—and sit down for a meal at the expandable dining table (seats 6+). A charming kitchen nook offers a second cozy dining spot, perfect for casual bites, game nights, or a laptop workspace with a charging side table.

Private Basement Apartment On-Site:
The basement is a completely separate apartment with its own private entrance and is occupied by our trusted house cleaner. No areas are shared, ensuring complete peace and privacy throughout your stay.

Parking Details:
You may park in the two-car garage or the driveway directly in front. Please keep the side parking pad clear for the basement resident. Street parking is also available.

Great location. Close to One Pacific Place and Regency. Clean and had everything we needed. Even had a couple of coffee pods of my husband favorite coffee. Our kids (6 & 9) loved the bunk beds. Comfy beds and great tv's. Our new favorite place to stay in Omaha.

Pacific Palace

We had such a great stay and trip to Omaha. We had everything we needed and more at this beautiful home. Great location, easy access to all the major roads. It was such a relaxing home we didn't want to go to some of the events we had scheduled to do. Lindsay was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely stay here again when back in Omaha.

Relaxing Place after a Busy Day

What a lovely, relaxing home away from home. Nicely decorated space to hang out, during the day, with stepdaughter's family who is attending college here. Appreciated that the necessities were provided so less to pack for our trip (sheets, towels, soap, toilet paper, etc.) Comfortable mattresses for a good sound sleep. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Nice house. Great location

Was visiting family and locations was perfect. Should advertise 2 baths on listing. Very clean. Well equipped. Garage parking. Didn’t expect there would be someone staying in basement. Although it was no problem, This should have been notified in advance

We've always enjoyed welcoming guests into our home, spending time eating, visiting and playing games. We enjoy traveling when time is available, especially to see our children and grandchildren.

Pacific Place is a centrally located home in a friendly neighborhood. Many Omaha attractions are within a 15 minute drive, such as shopping, dining, Top Golf, Henry Doorly Zoo, Orpheum Theatre, to name a few. The Papio walking trail is at the bottom of the hill along with a park for children.
