Picture on listing led me to assume the unit was in the newer Midtown building. It was not, but across the street east of Turner Park. A much older building with poor parking and the building was in need of renovation. I mentioned this to the host and she thought there were pictures of the listing of the building exterior, but there aren’t. However, the unit was beautifully remodeled and very comfortable with full wall windows and a great view. And the host was very responsive to our calls and concerns and seemed like very sweet people.

Nice condo. Perfect for a couple or small family of 3-4. Location is awesome. Plenty of walking distance restaurants. We were there for baseball and it was perfect distance to everything.

Heavy construction, limited parking, dirty blankets, floors, and slimy shower. Huge cockroach came out from under the kitchen cabinet. Sofa stiffness 10/10. Dirty socks under the chair cushion. Owner is kind and is a great communicator and offered to have it cleaned while we were gone but we weren't comfortable with someone coming in with our belongings there. Owner reached out to cleaning company to address issues. Travelling is stressful and with the additional issues we decided to leave a day early. No refund offered. Best of luck in the future.
