Our new construction custom designed 1 bedroom condo is just a short walk to tons of the best restaurants in town. We like to do dinner out at Alleia, burgers at Slick’s Burgers, drinks or brunch at Flying Squirrel, oysters at Stir, and delicious bites at Hello Monty and Feed Table and Tavern. If you’d like to stay in and whip up a delicious dinner here, you’re more than welcome. You'll find the freshest cuts of meat from Main Street Meats, also serving a killer lunch and dinner menu.

The suite was clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. It was a conveniently short drive to the Convention Center and other places downtown. Several nightlife places were even closer. The direction away from town led to construction areas and older, even rundown, businesses. But the direction towards town was fine.

Great condo. Close to Ironman Chattanooga race site. Walls thin and could hear people above us. Location just on the edge of a sketchy area. Overall really great place

Much needed vacation

Spent the week staying at the condo and visiting all the nearby tourist attractions and had a wonderful time. The condo was in a location close to everything. It is in a developing area of the city. There was lots of construction going on and some lower income housing around the area but we felt safe at all times. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and the owners answered any questions quickly.

Great Location

My wife and I enjoyed our 7 night stay. We were visiting Chattanooga to play tourist. The location was perfect - minutes to everything: cafes, restaurants, museums, and all the tourist sites. The covered parking was a great help as we had several days of rain. We hope to be able to return for another stay in the future. future

Beautiful Condo

We enjoyed our stay here. Davidson was very quick to reply and always friendly and helpful when we had questions or requests. The condo is beautifully decorated and very clean, and we enjoyed the private parking. Chattanooga is my hometown, and this part of town has come a long way. I consider it the nicer part of a transitional neighborhood. I can see why other reviewers were concerned, but we NEVER felt unsafe because we had a private parking spot, and you couldn't enter the building without a door code. There are quite a few restaurants right down E. Main Street, and there was nightlife there. We drove to Lookout Mtn. North Shore and Southside, and it was just a few minute's drive to lots of fabulous attractions in downtown Chattanooga. We would stay here again.

Great Location

This condo was in a great neighborhood with many options for food/drinks within walking distance. Condo had everything you needed if you choose to stay at condo. Owner was great and answered any questions we had. I would recommend this condo and would stay here again.

Thin walls - Loud

Let me start off by saying that we were excited to stay here. It looked cute online and is in close proximity to downtown. Unfortunately, this property was poorly constructed and the noise barrier is close to zero. Our first evening as we were trying to go to sleep our neighbors could be heard through the wall talking. That was manageable until 3:45 AM when we were jolted awake due to the same neighbors having a domestic dispute. It was so bad that we had to sleep on the couch away from that wall as the argument continued. We had to be up very early, now with limited sleep. The toilet has extremely low water pressure when flushed. It will clog very easily. Definitely not suitable for a commercial property. This property is assigned one parking spot as it should be. That’s fine until you come back twice to have the same truck using your spot. There is street parking but the spots are taken up due to the popularity of the corner bar. The guest spots were taken as well with cars that I never saw move all weekend. The place is nicely decorated and quaint. To be used as a rental property the noise level will be a constant complaint from guests. The other issues can be dealt with. We are sorry it didn’t live up to our expectations.

Never Stayed

The pictures of this property are accurate. However, we never stayed at this property due to the neighborhood. Our parking place in the covered, open-air parking spot under the condo was literally a spot away from the neighboring drug house. My wife was shouted out to by the drug dealer. Additionally, there was a man under the influence of the drugs he had just taken slumped over his steering wheel beside the property. We had a view of this drug house right out of the living room window. NEVER would we have slept worrying about our safety and the safety of our vehicle. Vrbo did nothing to help us resolve this problem!

Close to everything downtown!

Great stay - less than a mile from the fun

The location was great. The place was amazing, clean, comfortable, bright. Check in and out was super easy. We arrived at night and walked to Oddstory brewing. Followed up with staff about how “safe” they felt in the neighborhood, all said they were comfortable walking at night. AND WE AGREE. The hosts make so many amazing suggestions, many within walking distance. Leave the car, try them all and enjoy.

Good Stay

The stay was nice but we weren't too happy in regard to the view. The neighborhood was not what we expected for a vacation. Once we were in, the stay was cozy but our overall experience of the city was not what we expected but that is okay. We got to rest for a couple of days.

Great pick!

Highly recommend this condo! Everything was extremely clean, the king size bed was very comfortable, plus its located in a great spot. Communication with the owner was easy. We would definitely stay here again!
