This eclectic, 3-story townhouse is located right in the heart of the Southside Historic District, making it the perfect starting point for exploring all that Chattanooga has to offer! Brand new HVAC unit! 5 minute drive to the aquarium, Coolidge Park, Soldiers and Sailors Auditorium, UTC campus, and across the street from the Barrelhouse Ballroom and The Signal! The second and third floors have everything you need for an stress-free stay. Fully stocked kitchen with high end appliances.
1 king bed, 1 full pullout couch, and 1 twin sized futon.
WALK to almost anything and everything you want to do. I highly encourage reading our reviews to reassure you that this IS the place to book in Chattanooga!

    A super convenient, clean, and comfortable stay in Chattanooga. We didn’t have occasions to use it, but the full, well appointed kitchen was a great bonus.

    We absolutely loved the Trendy Southside condo! The location was perfect—very walkable to restaurants and shops. Loved the dedicated parking space just steps from the condo door. The unit was spotless, the kitchen well stocked, the bed super comfortable, and there was the convenience of a full size washer and dryer. The condo was also stylish and just fun to be in. Communication with the host was easy. We definitely recommend this unit, and hope to stay again on our return to Chattanooga.

    Parking a check-in was a breeze, communication was as solid as I’ve ever experienced. Very comfortable king bed, strong hot showers. Very walkable area — lots of food and breweries within a 5 minute walk, and a very nice Food City just down the street. Excellent stay.

    Everything about this location and host is perfect. We had everything we needed to enjoy our brief stay in Chattanooga without a worry in the world. The unit is SUPER cute and clean and has access to everything you need (as described). Yes, you should be prepared to walk up and down stairs so don't say you weren't warned, LOL. Thanks for everything!

    This was a great place. Kitchen was fully equipped. It even had an ice maker/water. The bed was super comfy. Check in was the easiest I've ever had. We walked everywhere and felt safe. We always had a space to park! I would highly recommend.

    This is such a cool place with a fun vibe! It was clean, had everything we needed, and was in a great location close to some good restaurants. Communications with the owner were quick and easy and we had a great trip!

    We came to see the lights at Rock City and explore Chattanooga. The home was only 15 minutes from Rock City and we were able to walk the city. Everything was very conveniently close by (grocery store, restaurants, bars). The place was very nice and comfortable for our family of 4.

    Excellent Location

    We absolutely loved our stay…it may be our favorite VRBO property! It was spotless, and the decor was so fresh and fun! The location was excellent-we loved that once we parked, we could walk to just about anywhere! We are already thinking about coming back!
