**WEEKLY STAYS ARE DISCOUNTED ** Unbeatable views! 10th floor ocean front condo at Caravelle Resort w/ room to sleep 4. Features a full kitchen. Wake up to the sunrise in your king sized bed or queen sleeper sofa. The balcony has direct ocean views that allow you to watch the surfers, boats & dolphins while sipping your morning coffee. We have indoor & outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy river, baby pool & large kids splash pad. Plenty of restaurants, gift shops and grocery close by. On site laundry available for a fee. Park free
The space
The kitchen spacious and a rare find for an efficiency condo. Full sized appliances, and seating for two at the bar in addition there is also a dining table that will seat up to 4 people. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you would need to cook a meal.
The living space features a king sized bed and a pull out sleeper sofa with views of the ocean. There's a full bathroom with shower/tub combo. There is a pack n play in the unit for use.
The balcony is right off the living area with amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean!
Guest access
The on-site bar and restaurant and gift shop are available to use (these businessess are privately owned and business hours are subject to change). The on-site bar and restaurant do require a credit card or debit card to be used for purchases. There's also a beach front bar/grill in front of St Clements, which shares a parking lot with Caravelle. It's just to the left when you go outside towards the beach.
We provide a cooler, and with the full sized fridge, you can pack your own beach meals and drinks too!
This resort is a non-smoking property. There is no smoking allowed in the unit, balcony or common areas per HOA guidelines.

It was an amazing stay with a beautiful ocean view, and easy beach access, and a cool and clean room to go along with it. Not far great places to eat and shop either.

Beach view was great and access was very good. Room was clean but the building itself needs help (updating and cleaning). Mattress was bad (needed replace) and after talking with owner he is having it replaced next week and offered a partial refund if we decided to shorten our stay. Enjoyed everything else and would stay again when mattress is replaced.

The only issue that I had was the floors were dirty. When we arrived the bottom of our socks would be dirty. After walking on them just seemed like they needed a good mopping, other than that very pleased.

Greg was a great host. If we had any questions he was quick to respond. The room was really nice. Greg even provided a beach umbrella, chairs and other beach toys. I would recommend staying here for a vacation or a week end getaway!

Great stay!!

The condo was perfect for an anniversary trip. It was very clean and well stocked with dishes and cookware. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent stay in cute place with amazing beach

This was a great stay. A small studio apartment with everything one needs and a king size bed. We cocked most of our meals and everything was there for that. Lots of beach stuff in the apartment. The pools looked like fun. The beach is great. The laundry room downstairs is available and ok (a small load is 2 and the dryer 2 as well). I would certainly stay here again.

enjoyed our stay was very clean and comfortable only thing i would change is maybe the sheet style they were a bit rough. so maybe some softer material ones. otherwise everything else was great!

A Perfect Spot

Our stay at this venue met all of our needs. It was clean and cozy. The amenities offered items for beach and pool use. Check in was very quick, and we liked the keypad use. The resort pool was very nice and security enforced folks to follow rules, which was good to see. A nice place to stay!

Great stay, host was informative, helpful, and easy to work with. The condo was great. No complaints about the hosts condo. The Caravelle resort isn’t as nice as I thought it’d be but that is in the resort not the host. Would like to see the resort clean things up a bit. Elevators not working. Trash around. Smelled like weed everywhere. But like I said that isn’t on the host, everything that pertained to the host was top notch and I’d gladly go again.

Great Accommodations

This was a great condo for our family. The owner was very attentive to our needs. Went over and above to make sure we had everything we need. Even had the cleaning lady bring an additional parking pass for us. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The unit was great, very well stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels. Location was excellent. Loved all the stuff for the beach, wonderful not to pay for beach chairs. Excellent communication with owner. We'll be back!
