Guest will have access to the entire home except the storage and cleaning closet. Large circular driveway with plenty of parking.

Other things to note
Due to new noise ordinance in N. Conway, if police are called due to disturbing the peace, the homeowner will be charged a $350.00 fine . This fine will then be charged to the renter via resolution center.

The pool is set at 83 degrees year round. If you request a higher temperature, an additional fee will apply.

Dogs are permitted AFTER approval by us. There is an additional $100 cleaning fee charged via Airbnb. Maximum amount of dogs is two (2) which is an additional $150.

There will be an additional renters agreement sent after booking is confirmed and must be filled out and signed prior to your arrival.

Please note that our property is nestled in the mountains amidst a wooded area, which means that the open spaces and outdoor sitting areas may be exposed to leaves, dust, pollen, and other natural elements. After a few days from the last cleaning, these outside areas may accumulate leaves, pollen, and some dust due to their exposure. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.

Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen their identity and check criminal databases to confirm their reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions. Guests are required to complete the guest screening booking requirement, to avoid cancellation of the reservation.
