Peoria Pool House: resort style event property on grass acre

Welcome to the Peoria Pool House in Peoria AZ where 2 lion statues will greet you at the front door. There is a huge heated diving pool (extra charge in winter months for pool heat) . This home is child friendly but we do not have a pool fence so littles must be monitored or use the high door locks to insure they don’t wander out. There is also an alarm chirp you may turn on to sound if any door is opened.
Events are allowed with an extra charge and a refundable deposit for grounds cleaning specifically for parties. City of Peoria noise ordinance requires quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. All events must be pre approved.
This luxury home is 5,000 sf with 5 bedrooms, 3 King bedrooms and 2 queen bedrooms all with Tempur-Pedic mattresses and smart TVs. 4 of the 5 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms plus there is a guest powder bath. The three king rooms have their own exit doors making it perfect for guests to come and go without disturbing their housemates. 2 car garage and laundry room are included. The garage can be used for cocktail hour or as a game room.
Music and lights are run with Savant system. Stream Sirius and Pandora music throughout the property. Smart TV in both living rooms and one in each bedroom. And there is a 50 inch rolling TV that can move around the property for movie night on the grass or in the pool.
There is room for 10 guests to stay overnight but four extra guests could sleep on couches if needed. This is the perfect place for families to hang out and relax.
Yard games are croquet, badminton and cornhole and a large grass yard where football can be played. Various board games are available.
I have many exterior cameras installed through out the exterior of the property to monitor the plant health of this one acre lot. I do not monitor these cameras when guests are staying unless a neighbor has a complaint.
Located in a neighborhood of one acre parcels called Longhorn Ranch located 3 miles from Arrowhead mall, Peoria 83 dining choices and 2 miles from Peoria Sports Complex. 15 minutes to Desert Diamond Casino, Westgate shopping experience, State Farm Stadium. 30 mins to Scottsdale and Talking Stick Casino. 30 mins to Sky Harbor Airport. 25 mins to Wildlife Safari Zoo and Surprise Baseball Stadium.

The host was very nice and very responsive to our questions. Property was beautiful clean and had no issues. Everybody that we had at the property raved about how beautiful it is. We would definitely stay there again. We would also recommend to anybody that’s looking for a place to stay.

Great family stay!

Awesome house! Close to grocery stores which made it easy for a long weekend stay with our family. House was great for a few families. Defiantly will stay again.

I am so glad your family event went smoothly, It is unfortunate that the pool heat was stuck on 80 degrees, I am currently working with every pentair pool expert I know to get it operating at normal temperatures of 86 degrees. I welcome you to return and I will address the pool heat problem with a special consideration. At least the Arizona sunshine did not disappoint! Thank you for the kind review despite the pool being on the chilly side.

This home truly feels like a home away from home! From the moment we walked in, everything was spotless, welcoming, and incredibly well stocked with absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, the little extras were thoughtful, and it made vacationing so easy and stress-free.There’s plenty of seating both inside and outside, which was perfect for our group. We loved being able to spread out, relax, and enjoy time together whether we were indoors or soaking up the sunshine outside. The outdoor space is especially great for gathering, lots of room to lounge, eat, and unwind. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and gave everyone their own space to relax. Even in the hot weather, the AC worked flawlessly and kept the house cool and comfortable the entire time, which is a huge plus! Tina is fantastic to work with, communication is always easy, and she responds quickly and kindly to any questions. You can really tell she cares about her guests having a great experience.This was our 4th time staying at this property, and we keep coming back for a reason. It checks every box and consistently delivers an amazing stay. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Fantastic Stay!!

This is probably the best VRBO experience we have had to date! The home is exactly as pictured and the host (Tina) goes above and beyond!! We hosted an after wedding gathering and the house size and amenities (pool, yard etc.) were ideal for it! The home is well taken care of and has everything you need! We will definitely consider this home again in the future!

Perfect place for spring training

The house was awesome. The bedrooms were spacious and spread out which was nice for nap time with our infants. The pools were great especially the heated pool since the weather wasn’t ideal. Tina was great and she helped us with whatever we needed. We had a great time and will book this house again.

Perfect home

perfect house for extended family

Loved this property for a large group. there is plenty of space inside and out. The kitchen has every pot, pan and kitchen item you could want. Plenty of pool towels and fun games for inside and out. It is close to a grocery store, coffee shops and Target plus a variety of restaurants. we had a 1 year old with us so was happy to learn there was a high chair and a pack and play.

Great stay!

It is a very comfortable house and outdoor area. It is as it appears on the website. The host is very gracious and the house has very nice amenities. This is the second time we have rented it and we are not disappointed! Really appreciate the solid fenced yard and green grass for our grandchildren.

Incredible Dream Home

Tina made our son’s Wedding Weekend amazing. We needed a home flexible for 6 adults and an infant. This home did not disappoint. Everything is available for your stay. The decor is tasteful and beautiful. From the moment we entered the home, we felt like “HOME”. Tina helped us with the Rehearsal dinner questions and everything was perfect.We will absolutely stay here again. God Bless you Tina!!!

Exceeded all expectations

My whole family (9 of us) came to Phoenix for a memorial service, so we needed plenty of space and a relaxing environment. This place was perfect. Spacious, fully stocked with stuff we didn’t even know we needed, clean; we loved every minute of our stay. Tina was an amazing host, responding to any question within minutes. I would love to stay here again…and again…and again.

Best VRBO Ever

My wife and I got Married here and it was amazing. The host is amazing and extremely accomidating, kind, and helpful. The house was incredible and the backyard was insane. It was even better than the pictures. They had a heated pool that worked great. It had more than enough space for a wedding of 50 people. My wife and I both had plenty of space to hangout and get ready with friends before the ceremony. Great experience. Best VRBO ever.

Thanksgiving Family get together

The house was spotless and the layout was excellent. Loved the large kitchen for preparing Thanksgiving dinner. It was surprisingly well stocked. Pools and backyard space is beautiful. There's some road noise, but the waterfall can drown that out. If the waterfall pool was heated it would have been perfect, but it did not keep our crew from the occasional polar plunge!

Amazing house

We stayed here over Super Bowl weekend. The house is simply beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. This was a perfect location, only 15 minutes to the stadium, and close to many restaurants and shops. While it was a bit chilly the weekend we were there, we were still able to enjoy the gorgeous backyard and pools. The host, Tina, was great. Always available and quickly got back to me with any questions.

This was our 3rd stay at this home and this home in Arizona was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The layout was perfect for our group, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy.The backyard was a dream—a gorgeous pool, comfortable lounge areas, and stunning views made it the perfect place to unwind. The location was fantastic, close to great restaurants, shopping, and, of course, Spring Training games!The hosts were incredibly responsive and thoughtful, ensuring we had a fantastic experience from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and are already looking forward to coming back next year!Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Arizona!

Amazing Home

Amazing from the start. Tina, the owner was always available from beginning to end. The home was better than the pictures reflected. The weather was extremely warm but with the two pools and the large house, we had plenty to enjoy. We had two families but definitely could have had another family with plenty of room. Highly recommend the home. The home had everything you needed. Thx again Tina!!!

I love to travel. So much so that I decided to join the vrbo group on the owner side as I have totally appreciated using it on the customer side. Our house is used to host large family gatherings and to enjoy the warmth and sunshine that Arizona has to offer.
I take hosting very serious. I want your trip to the Phoenix area to be memorable and stress free. Your comfort is my first priorit and I am always available for any question or concern.

Welcome to The Peoria Pool house. From the front entry where the Lions greet you to the pool out back, from the large kitchen with two ovens that is perfect for a buffet spread to the 5 bathrooms so no one has to wait their turn, this home has everything to make a large group comfortable.
BBQ and enjoy many places to eat and visit, or play games inside and out. There are 18 indoor chairs/couches in the 2 living rooms and 15 chairs outside plus two plus 4 chaise lounges.
Play music of your choice on the Savant System that is piped through out the home and back patio.
There are 3 Trane HVAC units to keep your comfort level perfect throughout your stay. On hand are robes, towels, pool towels, toiletries, throw blankets and pillows. For the coffee lover we have two choices, a Keurig with pods and a drip coffee maker.
Access to the garage along with a remote and the washer and dryer are included.
Check in process is done remotely. I am always available by text or phone call and I can come to the property if needed. We have cameras for security which I do not monitor when guests are staying unless my neighbors have reason to call if noise levels are excessive after 10pm.
In the cold part of winter, I must have time to heat up the pool and put on the pool covers. I do charge extra and the cost depends on current temperatures. In winter it takes a bit of effort to get the pool warm enough to enjoy so I need to know if you plan to swim. Arizona winters are colder than expected.
Events are allowed on a per person basis and requires pre approval with special pricing. Please check with me for details. Unauthorized Events will be subject to a penalty up to $2500.
No indoor smoking allowed or will result in a minimum $500 penalty.

The savant music system and 7 smart TVs pre loaded with apps means everyone can find entertainment. Plus, a BBQ and lots of indoor or outdoor seating makes this a wonderful choice to gather with large groups.
