Inside, the spacious living and dining area greets you with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Off to the right, an office that doubles as a game room provides a private space for remote work or quiet relaxation, complete with closing doors for added privacy. The great room combines an open-concept kitchen, breakfast nook, and family room, creating a cozy gathering spot for the whole family. A super-sized smart TV is perfectly positioned for viewing from anywhere in the room. The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar for casual dining or entertaining, making it easy to prepare meals or get ready for a backyard BBQ. The home also offers super-fast WiFi and a laundry room for added convenience.
The primary bedroom is a true retreat, offering a king-sized bed, soft linens, a sitting area, TV, en-suite bath, and walk-in closet for a relaxing stay. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and spacious closet, while the third bedroom offers a full-sized bed and ample closet space as well.
The backyard is a highlight of this home, creating unforgettable memories with its east-facing layout that welcomes the morning sun. Step outside to a covered outdoor living room, perfect for lounging, and enjoy the sparkling pool for endless summer fun.
