4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms are upstairs and 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom is downstairs. To access the bedrooms downstairs you need to walk through the garage. Which is part of this listing.

We have a 3 car garage and plenty of driveway parking, please only park in front of our house. Do not block the driveway at any time.

-Kids must be watched at all times as we are by a creek.
- The property is located in a very safe area on a private lane, and for additional guest safety, the outside of the property is monitored by cameras. They are located by the front door and driveway
