You can enjoy all the local shops, restaurants, parks, and golf courses while staying in what feels like a secluded country-side settings. 4br, 4ba, large kitchen and dining area with granite throughout. Large covered porch for outdoors enjoyment. 4 smart tv's, high speed wifi, washer/dryer, and iron are provided. Sleeps 12 guests.

This a clean and spacious house, good for entertaining. The host was attentive and helpful. There was only one dishwasher pod for us to juse, but I am sure that will be remedied for the next guest. We have already recommended the house to some friend who will be coming into the area soon. We will certsinly keep this house in mind when we return to the Louisville area.

at first I felt that it was too expensive because I’m 72 years old on a fixed income, but it was simply lovely. It was worth what I paid. I had no complaints and I hope that I can come back soon. I loved it. My husband loved it my kids loved it. It was really nice really clean and the kitchen was perfect. Thank you for opening up your home to us.

Amazing property. So peaceful and beautiful yet close to everything. We loved the outdoor spaces as much as the indoor. Responsive host. Top end furnishings & appliances. Everything we needed was there. Super smooth check-in and out. Will definitely come back when in the area. We stayed with six adults (no couples) and there was plenty of room.

We loved everything about our stay, and would definitely stay again! The house was so spacious with a great layout for larger groups, and very close to grocery stores and restaurants. The furniture in the house was all great quality, and appliances were quality as well. Beds were comfortable. The outside spaces were so great and the location was quiet and peaceful. The host did a great job with communicating and responded quickly when I had questions. There was a situation of the host’s control our first day there, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed until the situation was fixed. Would absolutely recommend this home and would come back again.

This is one of the best I’ve stayed in!The host Van is super friendly and answered everything in a timely manner and weather updated us on our journey. He was an excellent host! Took my family of 8 and got there. The driveway was plowed and welcoming. We walked in and I was blown away with the beautiful Christmas decorations and how beautiful this home is. There was so much room for my family to stretch out and not be crowded. I loved watching them squirrels in the back yard over my morning cup of coffee. We all loved how comfortable the beds were and the beautiful decor of the home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed! Thanks Van for hosting us and we will check in again!!

Great friens' reunion

Beautiful property with fantastic covered porch, perfect for a four-couple gathering/socializing. Also a great away-from-the-city location with ready access to the beltway and the Bourbon Trail. And the property manager was on-the-spot when we called.

Wonderful place to stay

We were more than pleased with this property. The property is two blocks from gas, food, church, etc. Freeways are easy to access from property and grocery stores, etc.. Very quiet property. The house was immaculate and up to date and everything worked. Nice place for 8 adults to stay. Thank you Van for helping make our family vacation a success.

Wow!

What a beautiful home in a even more beautiful setting. Our group of friends had a great time exploring the greater Louisville area and the location of this home was perfect. Super clean and each of us had plenty of space. Van was quick to respond with any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Even though the property is located on a main road, the house sits far from the road that you won't hear most traffic, especially when you are relaxing in the back porch.
