1 large bedroom and spacious bathroom with multiple closets. It has been freshly updated and is centrally located close to everything on St. Croix. Inside a gated complex with a large pool, this unit is only 5 miles to Christiansted town where you can catch a boat to Buck Island, dine at our town Christiansted's amazing restaurants or shop for all your special Caribbean wares. It's minutes from multiple beaches and only 8 miles from the airport. It is also a couple miles from some of the worlds best scuba diving on Cane Bay on the North Shore. The unit is quite large at 1200 square feet with a large balcony with nothing but Caribbean Sea views! Primary bedroom has King size memory foam bed. Terrific Location, Turquoise Peace

I knew from the photo that this place would be perfect. High enough to look out over the incredibly beautiful sea, cross breezes so even in 85 degree weather, no need for the air conditioner in the bedroom. Great amenities like a washing machine! Kelly was very responsive and helpful a couple of times. We would have appreciated when we arrived having an intro sheet with the protocol about getting in and out of the gate and a suggestion for a "good" supermarket (it took us four stores to find The Market which we loved). Also, we missed having a corkscrew and bottle opener! Other than these small things, our stay was really great.

Overall a wonderful place

Our biggest complaint is the security of the doors. The front door is very weathered and made of thin wooden slats that could easily be broken, then the screen cut to allow someone to break in. It also didn't close unless it was basically slammed shut. It let in a fair amount of heat and with the only AC in the bedroom, the rest of the condo got rather warm. We knew there was AC in the bedroom only but thought there would be a cross breeze. Thankfully there was a big fan. Also the patio door and door from the bedroom to the patio do not lock. This wasn't too much of a concern as we were on the second floor in the back. Still, it would be nice to have the ability to lock them. We noticed that nearly all of the other condos had nice front doors.There are several issues we noticed (ceiling cracked and hanging open in front of the patio, possibly from a water leak, cracked caulk in the bathroom tub, windows were incredibly difficult to open or close due to needing lubricant or something, baseboards were somewhat shabby) but those are things that the owner could and should fix fairly easily.It wasn't all bad, the view was great, neighbors were quiet, good central location. Kelly was wonderful to work with, the rooms were spacious, the bed was comfortable and the furnishings were nice. Just a little sprucing up and a new front door would make this place perfect.

Was sold a 2 br got there it is 1 bed and a pullout couch

The place was ok, clean and secure, but starting to deteriorate. In the ad, which has since charged, it stated this as being a 2br, got there no 2nd br in sight. Only 1 br air conditioning unit, so the rest is hot. The only other complaint is the 10 dollar coffee pot, beware! We had s great time on the island, however I paid for a 2Bedroom!!! I've used vrbo atleast 10 times before no complaints, this place and vrbo misrepresented this property. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Lovely Balcony View

Thank you for suppling the three beach chairs and beach towels. The queen sized airbed worked great for our adult daughter. The condo is large and the trade winds keep it cool. We liked the central location which enabled us to easily explore the island.

Great property but electrical issue

The property itself is great. Good safe location. The listing says AC but be aware that it's just a little wall unit in the bedroom. While staying there the power went out one night, and not being from a humid environment, it got really hot and uncomfortable for myself and my pregnant wife. Tried reaching out to the manager who told us that power outages are common being a small island and told us hopefully it'll come back on. That led me to think why wouldn't this property have some kind of back up for these common outages? There wasn't a backup generator for the AC, and there weren't any flashlights. After an hour of no power, reached out to the manager again and never heard back from them. Ended up working with VRBO and relocated to a hotel with power and backups incase of outages. If the power would not have gone out, this would've been a fine place to stay. If you stay here, just hope the power doesn't go out.

EVERYTHING YOU EXPECTED AND MORE..

THE PLACE WAS CLEAN AND WELCOMING. IT HAD EVERYTHING WE NEED INCLUDING BEACH CHAIRS AND TOWELS FOR OUR BEACH ADVENTURES. THE VIEW WAS SPECTACULAR FROM THE BALCONY TO THE BEDROOM WINDOW. GREAT AREA FOR ANY TYPE OF FOOD YOU DESIRE INCLUDING GROCERY STORES.

A very lovely and well-equipped vacation rental

This is a lovely, clean condominium apartment located in a nice complex with a gorgeous oceanfront view, only a couple miles west of Christiansted downtown, with a rental car you can reach anytwhere on the island easily. Sitting on the porch in the mornings and late afternoon listening to the crashing waves was so beautiful and soothing! And no need for air conditioning because the ocean breeze was beautiful!! I am fussy about my vacation rentals, in terms of amenities "in the house", and have had many terrible past experiences where there are terrible linens, dishware, bad appliances, no corkscrew, no beach towels, Grand Princesse hit all the marks, and it is obvious that the management is paying attention to making sure that guests have EVERYTHING they need. Be aware if you check in after dark (we did unintentionally), it is a challenge to find the unit as the doorways are dark and house numbers very small. I might have also appreciated a quick guide such as a "welcome sheet" inside which gave detail about nearest supermarkets closest eateries, and their hours, (BEWARE: very early closings on all retail and markets), , - again, for those who arrive at the end of the day and must scramble for provisions and a meal. We are island dwellers, (PR residents) so are accustomed to small issues, and we can adapt, but those you travel long and exhausting. journeys might do with a little more support. I would stay here again in the future, without hesitation.

Property Manager was great

The Condo was what I expected. Great view. Property manager answered all my text. That was nice. The property is old hence repairs were going on in neighboring condos.
