With a school & church right up the street, a city bus stop 600 feet from the front steps of the home, you also have direct access to the interstate only 5 mins away to get to all the city has to offer downtown.

THE SPACE

This spacious southern hospitality home brings out its beach colors and luxury features to accommodate large groups of family and/or friends very comfortably.

This resort style home offers high end finishes, luxury kitchen appliances, state of the art designed backyard and much more. It is perfect place for a family vacation or a weekend getaway. The gigabit speed internet offers the highest speed wifi in the area, enabling you to stream from all 5 TVs and comfortably work remotely if needed.

BACKYARD

It's truly a peaceful hideaway from the city, featuring a state of the art egg chair, fire pit, seating and string lights along the red brick wall facing a fenced in backyard full of greenery.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is an entertainer's dream. This newly renovated space is equipped with all brand new appliances, including a gas stove, new dishwasher, oven and microwave and features a granite counter top kitchen island, off of the living room and dining room.

LIVING ROOMS

There are two living rooms in the home, #1 being the first as soon as you enter the home from the front. It includes a large 55-inch screen, with a glass coffee table that greets you as soon as you walk in.

MASTER - KING BED

The master bedroom has a king bed, paired with a 55-inch smart TV and its own well-pressured shower in the master bathroom.

GUEST BEDROOMS

All guest bedrooms feature queen beds and 55" inch smart TVs mounted to the wall for entertainment after a long day. All rooms come with a full-sized closet, enough to comfortably sleep two adults per bed and great lighting to kickoff another day full of adventures!

THE BASEMENT HIDEAWAY

Will only have the laundry room accessible at the time of booking, as it is currently under construction.

PARKING

There is free parking on the premises where you can have two spots parked under the carport, but not to exceed 4 cars in our driveway. As soon as you park or unload the car, you are only 10-15 minutes away from an Uber/Lyft ride into the city. As a bonus, our home even features a city bus stop directly in front of it.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests will have access to the entire property to themselves except for the basement, which is currently under construction. The only time the basement should be accessed—for your safety—is for doing laundry. Home has smart lock and lockbox provided for remote access during your stay.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

At this time of writing, some of our basement floors tend to bulk up noticeably in some sections of the basement, we are in the process of addressing those especially with the increase of humidity in the summer. Otherwise rest assure that your stay will not be impacted by this.

The fireplace in our home is strictly not in use. Guests are explicitly prohibited from using the fireplace under any circumstances during their stay. This policy is enforced to ensure the safety and security of all occupants and the property itself. Any violation of this policy will be considered a breach of the rental agreement, and the guest will be held liable for any resulting damages or incidents. By booking our home, you agree to this policy and acknowledge your responsibility to comply.
