Designed to create a comfortable & modern space to bring your group together. With 2,500+ sq ft. of space, this home offers a large living & dining area, a walkout deck, & four comfortable bedrooms. The ideal home for friends, families, and colleagues who want to have a relaxing getaway.

After 4 guests $10 per guest per night (this is not included in your total cost. A separate fee request will be sent)
Pet fee= $99 for 1 pet
More than 1 pet = $50 addtl fee
Early check-in offered -2:30pm ($25)
Late check-out offered -11:30am ($25)

The space

This home has three levels, with 2 stairwells, one leading to the upper level and one leading to the basement. There are 3 stairs to enter the home.

Free Wifi (300 MB speeds). Keyless Entry. Video recording system (Ring) has been installed at the front/back of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety.

Main Level

Upon entering through the front door, you will see the kitchen on your left. Then it opens into a large sitting area with living and dining room. There is a 55’’ inch ROKU TV setup in guest mode to enjoy any streaming services you subscribe to. The walk out of the patio door to the open deck backing out to beautiful green trees.

The kitchen is setup to accommodate at least 7 people with, all new stuff:

Coffee machine, toaster, microwave.
8 wine glasses, 8 rocks glasses, 8 water drinking glasses.
32 Piece Stoneware Round Dinnerware Set, Service for 8 (8 round dinner plates, 8 salad plates, 8 bowls and 8 handled mugs. All with a post-modern lipped rim design)

Upstairs Level

Master
Upstairs is a master bedroom with private full bathroom, work desk area, two windows and two large double closets. 32” ROKU TV setup in guest mode to enjoy any streaming services you subscribe to.

Bedroom 2 & 3

The other two bedrooms, have their own closets and share a full bathroom. Each bed has two 2 Bath Towels, 2 Hand Towels, and 4 Washcloths. Extra toilet paper and towels are in the linen closet.

Downstairs Level - Bedroom 4

This level is walkout basement with private full bathroom (w/ standing shower). The space has a sitting area and a work desk area. Very open and simple space.

The laundry room is also downstairs (please bring your detergent).

Northern Virginia vacation

Accommodations were perfect for our group. All check in/out processes were smooth and despite some very frigid temperatures, we were comfortable during the entire stay, sidewalks and steps were promptly cleared of snow and salted, and all essentials were available in the house. We would certainly stay hear again

Launching Point for DC Visit

The property was great. The kids liked it and it was actually more than what our group of five needed with 4 beds and 3.5 bathrooms; we actually didn't use the downstairs bed. A couple minor maintenance fixes would have made this perfect. The communication from the owner was impressive too.

Wedding stay

We were in the area for a family wedding in the area.It was a great place to stay and for 5 adults.(1 couple, 3 single). Could have used an ironing board. 😉We brought our own iron.

Convenient to family

It was nice to have 4 BRs in a townhouse. Could use some minor touch-ups, especially to the floor trim, but no major issues. Not many options in that area. Neighbors were quiet. The home itself had the basics.

Perfect space

This was the perfect size for our large family. Owner was very responsive, and helpful when needed (we found the first morning that a prior guest had left a broken coffee pot and owner ordered a new one immediately). Thanks for a great stay!

Nicely Renovated Townhome

My friends and I stayed here for my wedding weekend and we really enjoyed the space. There was plenty of room, the kitchen was well stocked, and it's nicely renovated. It's in nice location, very close to Occoquan, and was very comfortable. The owners were also very personable and responsive.

Perfect set-up for family!

We really enjoyed our stay! The # of bedrooms & bathrooms was perfect for the size of our family. The living & dining areas served us well for movie & game nights. And the location was convenient to drive into D.C. & over to Mount Vernon to experience the sites & history we wanted to see. :)

Memorial Day stay

The house was very nice and my guests enjoyed their stay during my daughter’s wedding. The bedrooms were comfortable and the living and family areas were very useful. There was sufficient parking for our vehicles. We definitely highly recommend it. The host was very proactive and responsive.

Family Wedding Weekend

Loved our stay here! Property was very well maintained, clean, and had a great sleek modern design in all interiors. Large home with plenty of space for family and friends. Only thing missing was deck furniture and bbq to enjoy the patio side. Overall great stay, would highly recommend it for your next trip to Woodbridge, VA. Property owner very responsive.

Spacious and Clean

Overall pleased with the unit. Easy check in and clear instructions. Unit was centrally located, quiet and clean. Despite the recent snow, our parking spots were easy to find and use during our stay. This unit needs a bit of attention to things, particularly when it comes to some of the showers. The master shower head is not properly attached and most of the water comes out of the faucet despite attempts to find the sweet spot to get it to flow. Sectional also appeared to be falling apart, but still was fine for the couple of times we did watch some TV. Other than that, this unit will check most of your boxes and will certainly be on our list should we visit that area again in the future.

What we needed

The property is well-described and is well-outfitted with kitchen gear, dinner ware, towels, etc. I used it for family visitors because it was nearby and suited our needs. Despite good ratings for each category, family visitors all voted 4 as an overall rating. They each cited little things that, for them, added up. I found manager quick to respond but a little rigid. I wanted to bring food over for guests the day before, but answer was no unless I rented an additional day. This met the rules, but still.

Cute place

This place was very cute and had a good layout, we just ran into problems from the start. First we had a problem with the dryer, but that was quickly figured out and we had great communication with the host. Next there was a broken couch, it was barely holding together, no danger for anyone, just didnt want to get hit with damages. I was really upset about the hidden pet fee when I booked the place. There was nothing posted on listing, all it stated was one pet was allowed *alrrady high cleaning fee). We made our total payment to get another payment notification for a pet fee ($100).

Christmas with family

This property is exactly as described. Very nice area and convenient to shopping and dining and religious services for Christmas 🙂. We enjoyed much needed family time. The beds were super comfortable and we all slept great. Communication with owner was prompt and helpful. Great stay overall!

Perfect accommodations

Perfect accommodations-we loved staying at this immaculate townhome. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, The rainfall showers were delightful and the kitchen was big and well stocked for cooking. We had a wonderful stay and I highly recommend it!
