Charming place to relax and unwind! The fancy kitchen is the ideal place for cooking, while the living room has royal couches, fit for a king. The delightful dining area is the perfect place for a meal! Upstairs, the four beds are all extremely comfortable and the perfect place to unwind and rest. In there master bedroom, take a relaxing soak in the king size bathtub! Charmingly decorated and sure to make you feel right at home! Fall in love with this ideal getaway! :)

Additional charge for pets 🐶:
Cats: $10 per night
Under 5 pounds: free :)
5 to 15 pounds: $20 per night
Over 15 pounds: $35 per night

No parties or events please. Parties will be fined $400 extra for disturbing the neighborhood and additional cleaning fees.

This property is a beautiful private two story house for your use, as the basement is rented separately.

Pleasant stay - definitely recommend

It was a quick stay but the host was very responsive and helpful. The home was clean and very nice. I would enjoy coming again and staying longer.

Perfect place for family gathering. Kitchen is great with all the essentials and more. Easy food shopping. Good space for us. Great stay.

MARINE BASE QUANTICO

We used this townhouse as the meeting point for our family and friends that were in town for our son's commissioning at Marine Base Quantico. It is located mid-way between the base and the restaurant area. While the furniture assortment is quite eclectic, the house is very functional and served us well.

This house is listed as entire home which is not accurate. The tenants in the basement are only separated by a deadbolt and we could hear a baby and dog. Wasn’t a huge deal but VRBO tries to pride themselves on entire homes which we wanted.Kitchen was spare. Would have enjoyed so coffee filters and decent silverware and cookware. Water pressure in shower was great but rest was tired and worn.

Overall, the stay was good. We didn’t know the basement also being rented out until we dug into the fine print. We only learned there were other guests in the basement from hearing their activity, then their smoke alarm going off from a cooking incident. The keyed locks on either side of the door gave us some peace of mind for privacy & safety, but it wasn’t ideal and felt a little awkward. Previous guests left vaping paraphernalia and tape covering smoke detectors. Some were not reachable, and others were beeping for a new battery. No filters for coffee maker. No replacement trash bags. Host was fairly communicative before and during our stay. Bedroom 2 (main) bed was uncomfortable & squeaky. Generally clean, shops & restaurants nearby.
