Please respect their privacy by driving slowly up the dirt road and keeping noise to a minimum. This rental is not meant to be a party house, but rather a peaceful, soul-satisfying retreat for people looking to get away from all of the craziness of life and enjoy solid 'r and r' and family time that a warm, inviting cabin in the woods can bring.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
