Here’s a polished version of your review:The place was beautiful and in a perfect spot by the beach. The apartment had everything we needed and plenty of space. Everyone had their own bathroom. There was a lovely pool and a beautiful view from the apartment. We loved the place. Natasha was very helpful and she answered all our questions and it was available at all time. We would highly recommend this place and will definitely come back. Thank you!

The pool was amazing, the space was excellent. My husband and I brought our three grown children and their spouses. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom! We were able to turn off the air con to half of the place to open up doors and windows to let God cool it, and leave the air con on just to take the edge off in the sleeping areas at night. The local adoptee "Ginger the Cat," whom we have been calling Freddie for five years, came to visit to get petted outside. He is extremely friendly. We made sure we had some food and water for him to help the local residents with his care! Overall, great experience, and we would stay here again. The new gate also looks and works great.

Wonderful and perfectly located property. My family of 5 were in STX on a dive trip and this property was only a 15 minute drive to the Salt River Bay area were our dive boat picked us up for the excellent North Shore wall diving. A similarly short drive brought us right to the center of Christiansted. The property was lovely and the unit itself was beautiful and welcoming. If I owned a condo in STX this is exactly how I would want it to be! It is very spacious and the rooms and bathrooms and showers are all exactly as they appear online. With 4 bathrooms my family could finish our morning dives and be showered and ready for the day's next adventure in just a few moments! I really can't say enough about how wonderful this condo is. The floor plan is perfect and the care and attention to detail shows throughout, from the furniture and lighting to the tastefully chosen artwork and flooring. Also, it was a pleasure booking with the owner who was easily reachable. Thank you Natasha for providing such a perfect place for my family. We will certainly book with you again! :-)

Spacious condo with a killer view

Condo is directly on the beach!! The accommodations are exactly as described. It is an older unit in an older part of town but the spaciousneess, and amazing views made up for it!

Great place to stay

The condo was just as described, really spacious. We had a party of 10 and had more than enough room. The condo was clean, the ocean view is beautiful. The only issue was the AC leaking water inside but it wasn’t a big deal the AC still worked when we needed it. I would come back and stay again!

Perfect Condo for a Family Vacation

Great Condo-loved the layout, the view, all the windows/doors to let in the ocean breeze. Property was just as advertised. Perfect location on the beach, convenient to groceries and Christiansted, centrally located on the North Shore. Pool was great. Natasha was easy to work with and responded quickly to questions. Would definitely recommend!!!

We had a great time at the condo. Direction to the property where spot on. The neighbors at the community pool very friendly and always recommending new places to stay. The condo has everything you need and the property is huge. everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy the hoy sunny days. I cant wait to go back and will stay here again.

Perfect!!

This condo was perfect for our family. Loved the large balcony overlooking the ocean. Perfect spot to sit in the morning with a cup of coffee or sit at the large table and play games in the evening. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. Plenty of room to stretch out and not feel crowded, we had 7 people, 3 of which were teenagers. I would highly recommend staying here. If we return to St Croix we’d definitely want to stay here. Natasha was the perfect hostess, when we had a question she answered promptly with the information we needed. Loved staying here!!

The four number of bedroom’s and four and bathrooms has worked well for our family of six too and it always allows us to spread out. Peaceful and relaxing stay

The condo resort itself was nice. Our condo was very large and equipped with everything you would need for the beach, chairs, floaties, sand toys, umbrella. The condo was large but a bit outdated. The air conditioner in the main living area dripped and we notified Natasha and she responded. It was a good stay, peaceful and relaxing. There is not a restaurant on site or directly next door. A couple places up there is a café but it is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. The beach is just ok, small rocks and crushed shells made up the majority of it. The condo staff did a good job of cleaning and raking it though.The wi-fi was very spotty, would only work in the main living area.

Sibling trip

Property location was nice & the owner was easy to reach however it was mainly due to the A/C unit that didn’t cool the condo & dripped coolers full of water daily, soaking the foyer and hall. Additionally there are 2 areas for gathering around a table. Neither had lights nor ceiling fans that worked so after dark, they were useless. Coffee machine didn’t work. The owner was very apologetic but this condo is a slowly sinking ship.

Almost Perfection.....almost

Location: ideal, Property: well appointed, Deliverable in excellence: check. Natasha has a great space, smartly designed, and fashioned for high-level enjoyment. Very clean, access to extra towels, soap, shampoo, extras in the kitchen, etc.... What kept it from being perfect: lack of responsiveness once checked-in, which was the opposite of my experience pre-checkin. The WiFi we were guided to use was hit or miss, sometimes our devices would "see" it but mostly not. Combined with no response to calls and messages in VRBO about it, we basically had to use our hotspot...which at this price point is worth mentioning. Also the place has two AC units but they tend to cut off prematurely as if on a timer which required having to periodically turn the air on. The issues didn't ruin the experience, but it prevented any tendency to want to give flawless feedback.

I’m also pleased to read that you enjoyed the open space and furnishings- I worked to make it feel like a home away from home. My apologies for not responding to any questions- we lost our 14 1/2 year old Golden during your stay and I felt almost inconsolable. I’m planting a Memorial Garden for him and am beginning to feel like myself. Thank you once again for your kind and honest review.

I'm originally from South Africa and am fortunate to have called the U.S. home for the past 30 years. My husband and I have lived in many beautiful states throughout the country. We are avid travelers, scuba divers, hikers, and parents to four adult children. We are happily settled in sunny Sarasota with its glorious beaches, culture, arts, and outstanding restaurants. Our other love is St. Croix, where we have owned and spent months on the island enjoying the multitude of area attractions, diving, stand-up paddleboarding, the foodie scene, and significantly relaxing because of the laid-back island vibe. We hope you are as captivated by Sarasota and St. Croix as we are. We discovered Austin when our youngest son was a Freshman at UT Austin, and the area is now home to our oldest daughter too. So Austin holds a special place in my heart. I'm always available to answer any questions you may have and wish to make your stay at The Sweet Spot, The Clematis, and Spacious Seaside Serenity memorable.
