We were excited to be the first renters of this property after it was brought back on the market. The house is entirely renovated and in exceptional condition. It is also spacious with 4 bedroom and 4.5 bathrooms (and each bathroom is basically attached to each bedroom or inside it). There is also a large office (with a spare twin bed) that I made more use of than I thought; the owners had left a two-screen set-up that I was able to plug into and used many times. The downstairs is large open format space across the living, kitchen and dining room. We regularly watched movies in the living room; super comfortable. The pool is large, especially for the area and very nice; we also used it almost every day. It's about 5-8 minute bike ride to the beach, depending which beach your are going to. It's outside of walking distance but we used bikes when we went down. If you are brining a lot of equipment on a certain day, we sent a car ahead to drop off everything and then biked down. Short bike or car ride to town. Highly recommended
