Bait and switch. The views were wrong and the remodel was wrong. None of that happened. I had to reach out to the host at 6pm to find out what was going on and was told the unit I rented wasn’t available so they were working it out.

Disappointed

There were so many issues with the villa. Electricity problems, appliances that did not work, NO response back from hosts. We had to totally change all our plans due to these problems. I stay at lots of short term rentals but after this experience I question if there is any follow up or requirements to maintain a place on this platform.

Had a few snafus but all in all a wonderful stay. Owner is lovely and communicative.

Beautiful Midway Condo

This Condo was located in Midway at the zermatt. Everything from the kitchen to the bedrooms was a beautiful experience. Was it worth the price? Probably not. Cons and dislikes: still under construction!( open light socket in the bathroom, painters tape marking broken cabinets or retouched paint, un-seemed curtains) pool cards that do not work.( the pool guard was great). TVs we’re high quality, Wi-Fi was meh.

Beautiful Location near Park City Resort

The property was beautiful and all the amenities were nice. The kitchen is fully stocked and both bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious enough. The living room area was very nice as well. Would recommend!

Nice condo but could use a few improvements

Clean and well stocked for dishes. We didn't know that there would be a Keurig coffee machine there instead of a drip coffee maker. It would have been nice to have some k-pods available. All other VRBO's that we have stayed in supplied coffee. It would also be nice if you could turn up the temperature of the water heater. I would say our showers were lukewarm, which isn't enough on very cold days. Lastly, it would be nice to be able to watch some local channels. We couldn't access any current news while we were there.

Overall great

Overall, everything was great. The only thing that made me nervous is check-in instructions come the day of only an hour or two before check in. Wish I would’ve known that just so that I didn’t get nervous that I missed it. But would recommend it to everyone. Thank you.

Family Villa Fun

This was a great experience. Villa had all amenities the would be needed. Extra blankets were available. Check in was amazingly easy. My family really enjoyed themselves. TVs being in all three areas was a convenient plus.
