Newly Renovated Beach Bungalow - 3 minute walk to the beach!
Welcome to The Coral Cottage! A 3 bedroom 2 bath classic beach cottage that has been lovingly restored. Relax and play with family/ friends. Enjoy sitting on the new front porch at night listening to the sounds of live music from a local bar. In the morning enjoy a relaxing cup of coffee on the back deck listening to the sound of the pounding surf and watching the sunrise over the ocean. Water views from the Owner's suite and back deck.
This home is conveniently located. Just a short 3 minute walk in either direction will bring you to public beach access. The Coral Cottage is within walking distance to a playground and convenience store as well. Less than 2 miles to the Pier and the heart of Surf City and all it has to offer.
The Coral Cottage has been recently renovated: new front deck & stairs, new outdoor shower, new paint, new LVP flooring, mattresses and bedding, new doors, toilets, vanities, etc. etc. This home is fully equipped to be your home away from home: bed linens and towels provided, outdoor shower, washer and dryer, well stocked kitchen, games, beach reads, and some beach supplies are also available.
