Welcome to the Topsail Turtle! You are less than 50 paces from dipping your toes in the sand! A charming recently renovated single level, 3BR, 2BA home. The home features a private master suite (King bed) with its own private bathroom, the second bedroom (King bed) and third bedroom (Queen bed) share a hallway bathroom. There is also a queen size pull out couch in the living room. The house can comfortably sleep 8. The kitchen is fully stocked for evenings cooking with friends and family, along with a Weber gas grill under the house. **Linens (sheets, towels etc.) are provided.

Guests may enjoy our street legal 6 passenger golf cart for an additional rental fee- The cart is registered with Surf City for free parking. Golf cart fee $425 Weekly rate. If staying less than 7 nights the fee is $60 per day.

The house is dog friendly with a non-refundable $35 per day fee. 2 dogs max. No charge for the 2nd dog. If you have more than 2 dogs please send a message with details.

Enjoy the awesome Surf City waves, shore fishing and shell collecting. The house is located on the Surf City canals close to shopping and dining. Only a couple blocks from the world-famous Trailer Bar, one of Topsail Island’s most famous entertainment institutions. Other attractions in walking distance include, Surf City Line, Night-Club Tortugas Nest, 10th St. Bar & Grill, & Hulas.

We STRONGLY recommend purchasing travel insurance. Please review the cancellation policy prior to booking.

Great house! Close to the beach with plenty of space for the family. We appreciated how well the kitchen was stocked. I would definitely recommend this rental for those looking for a comfortable affordable place close to everything.

Great place to stay. Went with my family including newborn and 5 year old. Very Clean and entertaining atmosphere with great decorations. The golf cart is an awesome addition, and made scooting around town a blast. Would highly recommend

Beach Week

The property host was amazing with communication and the property was conveniently located to everything in an adorable beach neighborhood. My only complaint is was the cleanliness of the property I choose the property because of it’s cleaning reviews. The owner came right over when we called her together we came up with a solution. She was very responsive and attentive. Golf cart was a huge bonus for getting around.

Perfect family vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Beautiful inside, beds comfy, and golf cart was so nice to have. We could not have been more happy with our week there.

Great surf city house!

This was such a great house! Great location! Everything was so nice! The golf cart was a great addition to the house! It’s not a long walk to the beach but it’s nice to have a golf cart to carry your things to the beach! We stayed under the house a lot playing corn hole and eating on the picnic table. Would definitely stay again!

Exceeded expectations!

Location of the house was very accommodating! Our trip was for fishing.... short drive (2mi) to pier; walking distance to beach! The house was immaculate! I reached behind a nightstand to plug in my phone and saw no dust! All baseboards were clean and that's uncommon to see! Two things could use attention: A drawer in the dresser in master bedroom needs to be repaired to stay on track.; and there's no gate to keep pet or toddler on the deck. Beds and furniture were comfortable! Windows and blinds were all clean! Quiet Neighborhood. We will be staying here again and again!!
