Cozy Casa - Downtown by Beautiful Park & Riverwalk

We have made our home the way we would love it - comfortable!! Our Cozy Casa has 2 Queen size memory foam pillow top beds covered in Egyptian cotton sheets & down blankets. We have a full kitchen with all the items you need for cooking, washer/dryer with detergent, & bathroom with amenities. Our historic home, built in 1921, provides a great home-base during your visit.

There is a full kitchen with all the tools you need for cooking (oven, cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, freezer with an ice maker, dishwasher, pots/pans, mixing bowls, hand mixer, blender, strainer, measuring utensils, baking pans, silverware, glasses, wine glasses, coffee pot, toaster, cooking utensils, and condiments). Coffee is provided for you.

Free parking is available on the property for 2 vehicles. 110 outlet for EV charging vehicles available.

Full sized washer and dryer are included with detergent.

Bathroom includes a shower with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Free Wifi of course.

The living room and back bedroom have Smart TVs with Netflix provided.

The backyard is fenced in. There is a gas grill available. A table with an umbrella and lights and seating for 6 on the back patio.

Scrabble, playing cards, Jenga, Uno, coloring books with crayons, and children’s books provided.

LGBTQ Friendly

We are professionally cleaned by Sparkle Cleaning Company. The total cleaning fee is provided to the cleaner.

A+ VRBO Stay!

This was one of the best VRBO rentals we've ever experienced! The house was quaint, clean and comfortable. Perfectly located with easy access to restaurants and activities. We'll be back on our next visit to Pueblo!

Very charming place to stay

Super nice piece of property, charming 2 bedroom house. Nicely decorated, back yard pleasant to sit in and have a late afternoon drink to relax after a busy day, and house immaculately cleaned when we “moved” in. Good location to downtown.

Best place we've ever stayed at love the backyard Privacy and the Beautiful Historic 1921 home in downtown Pueblo we come to Pueblo at lease twice or more a year. I will never stay at any place else ,We'll book the Cozy Casa again when we come again Loved Everything!

Relaxing

Was in town for a softball tournament and this was a prime location for us. It was nice to come back to a place we could relax I peace. It was a home away from home!

Cute little house that is conveniently located near a pretty much everything! Heather was very communicative and made check in and check out easy. I really appreciated the fans in the bedrooms! She was very thoughtful with the little things. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Visiting my daughter

One daughter came with me to visit the other daughter in Pueblo. We had a great time. It is a lovely house and we felt very comfortable and relaxed there. Very stress-free!

Perfect stay

The home was perfect. Just in town for a wedding. The home had literally EVERYTHING we needed. It was very easy and convenient. Heather was quick to respond to any questions I had before & during my stay. The home had quick & convenient access to the highway also. I’m so glad we booked this opposed to a hotel.

Cozy Casa 2023

The cozy casa is a lovely place and was ideal for this visit to Pueblo. It seemed like a home away from home with its comfy beds. It was super clean and well furnished with a nice little backyard to be enjoyed on hot summer nights. We appreciated its walking proximity to the park and that restaurants, stores and CSUP were a quick drive away. We look forward to returning.

Mini-vacation in Pueblo

Took a few days to escape the office and check out a Colorado city that I only knew a little and wanted to know better. It was a great mini-break with a beautiful river walk, shopping, and scrumptious food plus a little morning adventure to check out walking trails at Lake Pueblo. The Cozy Casa was perfectly located as a jumping off point for all the outings and wonderfully comfortable when we wanted to stay in to rest and relax (and get out of the heat). It had everything we needed!

Great little home!!

My husband, myself and a friend had a nice time in this beautiful home! Home looks just like the pictures. It was a great location to town, a few minutes drive. Not too familiar with the area but it was very close to where I had to be. Great little coffee shops and restaurants in town. Like another visitor mentioned there is some road noise. Though it didn’t bother us and at night we used the white noise machine and heard nothing. Another person mentioned squeaky floors, yes they are older but the home is so comfortable and decorated so nicely, it didn’t bother us at all. Beds were very comfortable. Owner was very kind and responsive. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. :)

This was by far the best rental I have ever stayed at. We always chose a rental as opposed to a hotel because of the extra space for all of us and the option of a kitchen, so we use rentals about 4-5x a year. Heather was outstanding in her communication with me, even provided a guidebook of recommendations right after booking. We were coming into town for the fair and had a cooler full of perishable food that we needed to refrigerate before we went to the fair and even though it was in the morning before check In time, let us come in and put our stuff in the house and refrigerator. This host goes above and beyond in all the personal touches. Flameless candles in the fireplace, fairy lights in the windows, fluffy soft blankets and pillows. The best stocked kitchen I have been in. There was options for aromatherapy, a washer and dryer to use, the backyard was so cute with a bbq and other lighting accents with these beautiful red flowers. It was close to everything and Heather was such a doll. Would definitely book again with her at any of her properties.

The Cozy Casa is right off of the highway. It is located in the downtown area. Although this is a busy area, it has wonderful places to visit nearby.

The Cozy Casa is two blocks away from Mineral Palace Park. This 57 acre park includes an arboretum, pool, playground, fitness trail, fishing and more.

It is also three blocks away from Pueblo Hospital - Parkview Medical Center.

The Pueblo Riverwalk is 1.5 miles from the Cozy Casa.

Rental car, Uber, or Lyft are suggested. The town also has electric scooters you can find all over town to use.
