4-Star Resort amenities all included during your stay. Relax on your patio and dip your feet in your private plunge pool or take a walk down to the private beach and mingle at the beautiful freeform resort pool.
Not in the mood for cooking then just walk down to the restaurants on site and prepare to be pampered.
This place is ideal for couples or small families.

Pool was great, beach was too, the condo on the other hand was a disgrace! Entry door falling apart, mini split leaking severely over the kitchen, no towels or hand soap to name a few!!! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE, I WOYLD DEFINITELY CAUTION ANYONE FRON STAYING. the owner blamed the hotel and the hotel the owner and my family and I stuck in the middle….despicable. The owner wanted us to vacate if we didn’t like it instead of trying to fix the situation, that would have put us on the street! We made it work but it was an extremely stressful situation the owner put us into!

Nice but could be better

This unit has the potential to be much better. The kitchen is in very rough shape and pots, pans and utensils need replacing (we bought a new fry pan for our stay). A binder with information about the unit and property would be helpful. The listing should also note that it is a substantial hill climb from the lobby to the room. There was no hot water when we checked in but once that was sorted, the shower was great as was the air conditioning throughout the unit. We also enjoyed the private plunge pool.

Huatulco Luxury

The unit offers a lovely view, is comfortable and has full access to the Camino Real resort. The beach, common area pool and in unit plunge pool are all fantastic. We found the staff to be very nice and the host was very pleasant and responsive.

Lindo pero no volveria

El Servicio del hotel es amigable pero si tienes un problema no te pueden ayudar inmediatamente, primero contactas al host y eso fue tedioso para mí. El día que llegamos estaba sucio el condominio, no solamente de polvo sino de alimentos. Tuve que mandar fotos de prueba al host y después hablar al lobby para que mandaran a alguien a limpiar. Para ese entonces ya era noche así que llegaron hasta el día siguiente.Las puertas están descuidadas. La puerta principal se atora, la de los cuartos y baño tienes que empujarla bien para que cierre y la que da a la alberca también se batallaba para cerrar. El último día vimos que en el piso de un cuarto había agua, quizá del aire acondicionado pero no creo q eso sea normal. El internet era lento y solo funcionaba si estabas cerca del módem. La cocina no la usamos porque se veía muy descuidada y desorganizada. Había alimentos no perecederos que me imagino dejan los visitantes pasados y en lugar de tirarlo lo van dejando ahí, pero le da mal aspecto al lugar. Los gabinetes súper desordenados.La alberca del condominio ni la usamos porque no estaba limpia.El hotel nos gustó mucho, no había mucha gente y el servicio es amable y la comida rica, si volvería al hotel.

Comfortable and spacious.

The private pool is very convenient considering the main pool closes at 8pm. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your own food. Main bedroom is very large and the bathrooms are modern.

Good+ experience

Good service, employees very attentive, the place was very quiet, the main pool was great. The only things that need attention are: clean/pull the weeds around the balcony, pest control for roaches, provide a place to deposit the trash, and a better location’s address of the of the place. Overall we’ll come back again.

Vero es la anfitriona más amable que existe

El lugar es amplio. La piscina en el departamento es un super plus. El personal es muy atento. Y Vero es una persona amable, comprensiva y que nos dio un trato muy especial y muy favorable debido a algunos inconvenientes que pasamos. La zona es tranquila y muy bonita. Llevamos bicicletas y salimos a dar vuelta en la zona. Cuando estuvimos (Junio, 2023) tuvimos mala suerte, pues estuvieron trabajando en la alberca y taladrando de 9:00 a 18:00, con dos horas de descanso sólamente, lo que hacía incómodo estar en esa área. Nos tocó estar previo a las remodelaciones del departamento, por lo que pasamos algunas incomodidades. Salía un olor desagradable intenso del caño de los baños. Nos tocó ver varias cucarachas en la habitación y un día que llovió intensamente una gotera sobre la cama de la habitación principal. Pero justo durante nuestra estancia comenzaron a hacer mediciones para realizar cambios mayores en el departamento que seguro lo van a dejar espectacular. Nuestra estancia fue de una semana y aun con los inconvenientes, fue placentera. En realidad es como tener un apartamento de lujo en la playa, pero con el servicio del personal para estacionar el auto, para que te transporten al club de playa y te apoyen en lo que necesites. Recomiendo verificar como van las reparaciones en el departamento y los cambios en el hotel, porque son muchos ajustes los que están haciendo. Cambiarán un restaurante, una cafetería y la alberca.

Beautiful complex close to lovely beaches

This unit was great for two couples. The outdoor space with the pool was excellent. There are a number of restaurants in walking distance as well as a restaurant on site. There is a shuttle to help get you to your unit if you need assistance as the complex is built into the mountain. The host is very responsive. We had a lovely stay.
