Imagine your next getaway in our beautifully renovated oceanfront home in Crystal Beach! This spacious property features four bedrooms and three and a half baths, offering ample space and privacy for everyone. You'll find an en-suite bathroom attached to each main floor bedroom.

The heart of the home is the fully remodeled kitchen, complete with new custom cabinets, modern appliances, sleek quartz countertops, and a delightful coffee bar where all the coffee is provided for your convenience.

Two of the main level bedrooms offer direct access to a sprawling deck with breathtaking ocean views. The open-concept living area is perfect for hosting large family gatherings or even intimate weddings. A unique crow's nest, accessible via a spiral staircase, provides a fantastic hangout space for kids, featuring two full bunk beds, pull-out trundle beds, a large screen TV, and comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to ten people, giving adults their own space to relax. A laundry room with a new washer and dryer is also available for your convenience.

The ground level offers a wonderful open space with a refreshing ocean breeze and plenty of shade. It's an ideal spot for barbecues, games, and get-togethers, complete with a fun tiki bar and even a setup for playing cornhole. This area also features an outdoor shower, along with two additional refrigerators and freezers for extra storage. Parking is plentiful with a large driveway and parking area for all guests.

Our expansive back deck, stretching the entire length of the home, is the perfect place to start your day with a cup of coffee, unwind with a book while listening to the soothing sound of the waves, or simply enjoy time with loved ones. What a beautiful property! Well maintained & the host was incredibly attentive to our questions & requests. We had our wedding & reception on property without any hiccups or issues. The only drawback is that since the home is really only 3 bedrooms with 3 king sized beds and a loft area with 2 full-sized bunks and 2 trundles, it really only sleeps 6 adults and 6 older kids comfortably. My brother & sister in law had to use blow up mattresses on the floor in their room for their two kiddos under 6 to sleep safely. Plus, there is no bathroom attached to the loft area so you have to wind down the spiral staircase to use the half bath on the main floor. But besides that, I would most definitely go back!

Beautiful house and location! Was exactly what I was looking for my wedding. There were some things that could be updated or fixed (the oven has to be on maximum setting to even start heating up), but overall the experience was great!

A wonderful house. We had our daughter’s wedding here and it was perfect. The whole wedding party stayed in the house. The beach was the venue for the ceremony and under the house was great for the reception. Can’t say enough about how great the host was.

Family beach wedding

My husband and I rented this for our small family wedding. The location was perfect as it had direct access to the beach and a huge back yard. The house was just renovated and everything was so nice and clean. There were a few minor issues due to just being renovated but the owners responded immediately and took care of things. We would definitely rent here again.
