Brand New 2 bedroom+2 bath Casita, close to everything

Our Casita is in the backyard of our home and boasts almost 950 sq feet. Our warm and inviting Casita has vaulted ceilings, a stackable washer and dryer, central air and heat, a very large shared yard, west elm furnishings and a wonderful location. Dogs are welcome as long as they can share the yard with our two dogs. (Our labradoodle is the life of the dog park and loves to play). We are a short stroll to Downtown, the Iron Horse Trail, Starbucks and all that our charming town has to offer. Please note, we do back to Sycamore Valley Road and you will hear road noise.

Easy Breezy

My family stayed 5 nights in this wonderful Casita! It was over the top taken care of, and in a lovely location. Dana was so accommodating and communicative even before we arrived. We are so grateful for the accommodations and would definitely recommend this amazing place!

Beautiful Casita in Danville

Brand new guest casita was perfect for 2 couples. It had 2 bedrooms with very comfortable beds, each with a full ensuite bathroom. The unit had a well-appointed kitchen, adjoining living room and outdoor sitting area. It was very well designed and constructed, and tastefully decorated. Dana was an excellent host with timely communication throughout the booking process and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and well-appointed Casita - Highly Recommend!

This is really a lovely home/casita. We had family visiting and needed a little more space and rented the casita for one of the families. It is gorgeous, easy to get to, and has wonderful, thoughtful touches throughout. It was a perfect stay and if we need a stay in the area again, we'd definitely come again!

Sunny and modern

We found the property roomy and comfortable and clean and well stocked. Our host responded immediately to a few minor questions. We'd stay with her again.

Modern and clean with friendly host family

Convenient stay with everything I needed. Beautiful space. Comfortable bed. Quiet property, minimal street noise. Great yard which was appreciated by my dog! Thanks for everything.

Wonderful Spot!

From my first communication with the property manager and all the way through my stay, I have nothing but good things to report! Walking into a clean, beautifully decorated casita was delightful and fresh muffins, fruit and coffee punctuated my welcome. The beds were very comfortable, linens of high quality and little touches like a doggie bed and dishes went above and beyond my expectations. My dog became part of the family and was able to discover lots of new smells in a shaded, beautiful yard! I appreciated the flexibility and attentiveness of the property owners. Book this spot! You won't be disappointed.

Perfection!

Host did a great job with this casita and it will please all who stay there. All New unit, great decorating, nice and complete appliances, functional and very clean and bright. Host thought of everything. Very comfortable. Great communication with the host for any questions. It’s a completely separate unit, but placed in the side/back yard of hosts home… We were a bit concerned about that at first, but the layout and positioning lent itself to adequate privacy. We quickly felt at home and comfortable. The location and proximity to downtown Danville, Blackhawk, Alamo and Dublin was great. We will be happy to return next time we visit the area and need a place to stay… Thanks!

We love Danville and it's small town charm. The neighborhood is waking distance to the iron horse trail which leads you to downtown Danville and all that is offers.

It's very warm and inviting, vaulted ceilings in the main room and a beautiful La Cantina door that opens to the yard. We have newly installed drop down shades allowing privacy in all bedrooms and the large sliding door.
