Handy Location, and Great Birding

Clean, quiet, and close to Greenfields Senior Living Center, where my mid-90 y.o. parents were living.The property is on 10 acres with Little Buffalo Creek, id'd 15 bird species before I left the driveway. Saw over 30 total.

Cozy and Comfortable

Shannon’s apartment is wonderful. Her attention to detail is amazing. Every amenity you would need is provided. It is very quiet and comfortable. Many of my siblings have stayed there as the location is convenient for family visits. I would highly recommend. Thank you Shannon for a great stay.

Lancaster Stay

Very nice. Close to family for me. So many little extras provided, communication was great. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Shannon was wonderful!

Great option

My son and I stayed here as we visiting friends in the area and it worked really well. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Loved the fire place when it got chilly!

Very Nice, Reasonable Rate

Was visiting to help my sister take care of my Dad after his recent heart attack. Full kitchen, nice & quiet, mainly just ate breakfast & came back in evening. have been living.

Buffalo Home Game

Came up to the area for the Buffalo Bills last home game of the 2024 season. Wanted to come up the night before and go home the next day - this rental allowed that to happen quite affordably and in comfort.

This was my second time staying here after 3 years it is still the same. Cleanliness is top notch. The location is great, and the owner provides everything for a comfortable stay. Would absolutely recommend!

The Ideal Home Away from Home

This was our 3rd stay at Neat and Nifty so we obviously like the space. N and N provides all the comforts of home at a very reasonable price.

Amazing home!

Absolutely amazing home to stay in The hosts are absolutely phenomenal people. My only thing is that our GPS told us it was on the wrong road, but that might just be our GPS and we could not find a way to control the temperature. Other than that we would stay here again and we plan on it on our next visit.

Perfect spot!

It was so well suited to where our friends lived. It was spotless, quiet, and very well equipped. It is obvious that they take great care in the upkeep and enjoyment of their guests. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to family and friends.

Good for a short visit

The listing is exactly what you get. A small basement apartment in Lancaster. Was very conveniently located close to where we needed to be for the weekend. It was nice that candy and snacks were provided. Overall, would stay again.

NICE ONE BEDROOM RENTAL

The apartment was very convenient location wise and there were features we truly liked. The fact that there was a dedicated separate entrance and everything was on one level was perfect. The separation between the bedroom and living area was also great. The kitchen had everything we needed and was extremely clean. There were minor issues with the shower, which I have already addressed with the owner, and hopefully that is an easy resolve. We would truly consider coming back next year!
