We have stayed here before and will be coming back again next month. The Neat and Nifty is absolutely a wonderful place to stay. It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and inviting. The Host is amazing. The place is spotless with a lovely kitchen. We love the quiet there and location is perfect.

Our stay at the Neat and Nifty in Lancaster, NY was great. The apartment was very clean and organized and had a very nice kitchen. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was fantastic. The location for us was perfect. As a matter of fact, I've already booked it for another stay in 2026. Shannon was very nice and made us feel very welcome.

The 1 problem that we had the whole time we stayed in this downstairs apartment was the uncomfortable, chilly temperature we could not regulate. There is no separate thermostat for the area where we were staying so our temperature depended on what it was in the main house above us. The cold air that we felt when walking in at night after being away all day was not comfortable for sleeping. We were visiting WNY in July from our home in Georgia where we don't have our thermostat set that low even in the summertime. Fortunately, the owners left a note that instructed us we could turn on the baseboard heaters in the LR, BR and BA. Other situations like the visibility of the driveway at night was very quickly remedied once we texted the owners and asked them to leave the porch light on for us. What we really appreciated was having the laundry facilities which were great, finding the kitchen stocked with everything imaginable, the full-size appliances which were wonderful, the super easy access to the Internet and also the simple instructions for navigating the cable TV channels. The location was very convenient for everything that we needed during our stay plus the price was excellent for the area. We appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the owners very much!
