About this space
Your entire group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located spot. Close to restaurants and breweries on Main St. in East Aurora, Orchard Park, Ellicottville & Downtown Buffalo. Newly renovated, spacious upper unit with The Blueberry Treehouse Farm in its backyard. Close to Highmark Stadium, Chestnut Ridge & attractions like The Botanical Gardens, Holiday Valley & Kissing Bridge. 2 bedroom ( full-size bunk beds in 1) as well as a pull-out sofa. Free Parking!
The space
All new paint, carpeting, bedding & bath. Very large common area.
Guest access
Entire Space accessible for use minus Utility closet.
Other things to note
Located right on The Blueberry Treehouse Farm in West Falls, NY. The farm features a Nature play area, New Treehouse Cafe, small Nature Trails, U-pick blueberries(July-Aug), and more. We are located within minutes of Kissing Bridge, Buffalo Ski center, and less than a beautiful 45-minute drive to Holiday Valley!

The apt was great and as described. We loved the location and would definitely stay here again. We didn’t utilize the kitchen as we ate our meals out.

Perfect Family Stay with Bonus Blueberry Farm Fun!

We reserved this apartment for our daughter, her husband, and their four children (ages 2 to 11), and it was absolutely perfect for their stay! The location was very convenient—just minutes from the family we were visiting—and the included admission to the nearby blueberry farm was a wonderful bonus.We all enjoyed picking blueberries and the kids had fun playing in the play area with a zip line, visiting the chicken coop, and checking out the unique treehouse restaurant on-site. It was such a fun and memorable experience for the whole family!The apartment itself was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The A/C units kept the rooms cool and comfortable even during a stretch of extremely hot weather. Having a washer and dryer and a kitchen area made it easy for the family to prepare breakfast and keep up with laundry during their stay.The owner was outstanding—always quick to respond to any questions, no matter the day or time. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family. Highly recommend!
