We are located in a quiet and safe south Toledo neighborhood right near Copland park. We are centrally located near The Toledo Zoo, downtown Toledo, Toledo Mudhens, The Toledo Museum of Arts, Toledo Country Club, Maumee River and UTMC (University of Toledo Medical College - multi-professional medical training hospital). There are many places to eat nearby including Plate 21, Bigby coffee, Mayberry Diner, Earnest Brew Works, Doc Watsons, Capers Pizza, Jeds, Smokin' Olive, Marcos pizza. There is a great 1/2 mile walking path right next door at the park, and within a half mile there is a rails to trails Chessie trail that equals 2 miles for walking/jogging, or biking. other attractions to note: Fallen Timbers mall and park are a few miles away The Fallen Timbers park has a trail that you can bike called Wabash Cannonball trail that is 11 miles and leads to OakOpenings Metropark. Check out all of Toledo's Metroparks! Lake Erie is very close by too, you could visit Put-in-Bay, Kelly's Island, Catawba and more! Closest Grocery store Kroger -2555 Glendale Rd. Monettes -4760 Glendale Uber/Lifts are available and taxi's if needed. There is plenty of parking in the driveway of the home. We are located in a quiet and safe South Toledo neighborhood (Beverly) right near Copland park. The park has a playground for kids, walking path, and tennis courts. We are centrally located near The Toledo Zoo, downtown Toledo, Toledo Mudhens, The Toledo Museum of Arts, Toledo Country Club, Maumee River and UTMC (University of Toledo Medical College - multi-professional medical training hospital). This little house is completely renovated inside and had all the amenities one needs to feel at home! It was VERY clean and cozy! The hot chocolate mix and granola bars left for us was a nice touch! It is located on a quiet street that seems close to everything! Hosts were quick to respond. Easy instructions. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our family of 5! The host went out of her way to have plenty of toys for the little people, and games for all ages. Our dog was comfortable the whole time as well. The beds were great, the shower was perfect, and the property situated in a great spot. The weather outside raged with high winds and snow, but we were cozy and happy inside. She even filled the refrigerator with condiments and things to make your coffee and tea tasty. ALL the details! We will travel to Toledo frequently in the next few years, and this will be the first place we look.

Family vacation

Great location close to the park for active kiddos that need to burn off some energy. My older kids enjoyed the extra living space downstairs. Great little bungalow just what we needed close to family we were visiting.

We were in town to visit family and this house was just down the street. My mom's house is very small and we needed a bigger space for my family and dogs to stay while also being in walking distance. The house was great and very clean. Everything worked as expected and Jennifer was available almost immediately for any questions we had. She even had extra towels delivered to us on. Thanksgiving day! Next time the whole family is in town to visit again, we will be staying here again.

Softball Tournament Trip

We came to Ohio to watch our granddaughter play softball. We rented this little bungalow to stay for the 4 day tournament. The house was great and had everything we needed. We had a great stay in a lovely home.

We are a military family with 5 children and a Boxer named Roxy. We enjoy taking walks with our dog and having Sunday dinner with our family. We also love boating on the Maumee River and at our cottage in Michigan which we also rent out for others to enjoy!

We really love South Toledo and bought this Bungalow from our family to rent out. We lived here for over a year while renovating so we could make it comfortable and relaxing for others to enjoy.

Our South Toledo Bungalow is in a great location right next door to a walking park with tennis courts and a playground. It is also a half mile from a great biking/walking/jogging path called the Chelsie Trail which is a part of the rails to trails in Toledo. We are close to the Maumee river and downtown Toledo. We are also so close to the Toledo Zoo!
