The house has been completely updated with modern furnishings, fresh bedding, new furniture, kitchen, bath, laundry, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. This cozy retreat is perfect for a relaxing stay in northwest Ohio.

Guests have access to the entire private residence which features:

Lovely home! Perfect for a get away weekend for friends. Sofa seating very comfortable and appreciated extra blankets. AC worked great. So did the appliances. Extra large fridge/freezer was nice. SO QUIET in the neighborhood! Close to all the quaint parts of town. Spotlessly clean which always appreciated! Thank you!

The house was super clean and easily accommodated our 5 adults. The washer and dryer was a plus. The neighborhood and location is fabulous!!! Very safe for families. Lots of things to see and do. We enjoyed O-Deer ice cream shop. The Swig is great place to eat that is close by. It’s a must. The river and parks were beautiful and peaceful. Everyone we encountered was great. The host was easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend!

The property was super clean and new. I stayed with my to two kids (1 teen and 1 almost teen) and it was nice for each of us to have our own bedroom. We didn’t use the kitchen much being out running around, but lt was very clean and seemed well equipped. The check in and out were super easy and the host was very helpful when one of my kids forgot something. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants a quiet clean rental close to the amenities of Perrysburg.
