Welcome to your perfect lakeside retreat! I think most of us will agree it is better to “wake at the lake”. This beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath condo with coastal decor offers stunning views of the Lake of the Ozarks' main channel at Mile Marker 20. Located close to the outlet mall, golf, water park and many popular bars & restaurants, making this a popular vacation spot.

Unbeatable Lake Views- Our condo offers breathtaking lake views while enjoying your morning coffee, meals or evening cocktails on the new private deck with ceiling fan overlooking the main channel.

Spacious & Comfortable-
Includes a master suite with incredible lake views, dresser, Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows, ceiling fans to keep you cool, office desk & chair, plush king bed as well as an en-suite full bathroom with 2 double sinks and shower.

Well-Appointed Guest Rooms-
The second and third bedrooms each feature brand-new queen beds, dressers, large closets and Smart TV's

Fully equipped kitchen-
Featuring black stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, breakfast bar for overflow seating, mini fridge and view of the lake. We supply everything you need to cook and entertain. We also offer a coffee pot with the option for brewed coffee or k-cups for the coffee lovers.

Resort Style Amenities-Guests are invited to enjoy access to our resort style amenities before check-in and after check-out! We offer a large sandy beach with playground and beach chairs, free parking, boat slips, fishing and swimming from the docks, plus 2 swimming pools with one of the pools offering an amazing main channel view.


Slips and Docks
Private covered boat docks (complete with turtles & ducks) and privately owned slips are available for rent (not guaranteed). Lake of the Ozarks State Park is minutes from our condo. The park offers trailer parking, slip and pontoon rentals. If you do not have a boat, Captains are available for hire to take you and your family around the lake.

Parking and Security
Parking is available, and each unit is provided with 2 complimentary parking passes. Overflow parking is also available within walking distance. Handicap parking is available (not guaranteed) in front of the building. Security personnel are on staff from Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend.

Activities
Don’t delay booking a reservation at one of our condos. Enjoy a variety of water sports and fishing opportunities mostly from May-October. Host a large family vacation and book several of our condos available for rent. We book up fast, however keep in mind reservations cancel. If you are looking for a certain date and it is booked, please check back often. Feel free to send me a message requesting I add you to the wait list.

Cleaning/Supplies-
We provide our guests with hand soap at each sink, bleach wipes and or anti-bacterial cleaning spray, dish soap, disinfectant spray, disinfectant, dishwasher soap, toilet paper, facial tissue, and trash bags.

Amazing waterfront property

The condo was very clean with all the amenities. Our 8 and 12 yr old girls loved visiting the onsite pool or beach! My husband and I loved the view from the deck in the evenings with beautiful view of the main channel. Can’t wait to come back!

We spent a weekend at this property with our adult children and grandchild. Perfect space! We were able to eat all our meals in. The kitchen has everything you need but the food! The balcony overlooking the main channel was spacious enough for all of us to sit and enjoy watching the boats! The pool and beach area were just a short walk away. Highly recommend!

This place was amazing… Location was fantastic it’s centrally located to everything. We walked in and I was so impressed on how clean and updated the condo was . Also getting in touch with the condo owner was extremely easy. We will definitely be renting this condo again next year

Great condo for family and an awesome view of the main channel. Swimming pools and beach were great. Condo is well equipped for cooking meals The only downfall was no BBQ grill on deck or common areas of condo. Great location close to golf courses and plenty of restaurants. Would definitely recommend it!

Great condo on the lake! Beautiful lake view, very clean and organized condo and good location. The condo was perfect for our family vacation. It had everything we needed. Host was friendly and quick to respond. We would definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again :)

Welcoming

While we dealt with a small check in hiccup, overall it was a great stay and Erin allowed us an early check in which was a huge PLUS since we'd just driven 10 hrs through the night with 7 kids! The place is spacious, very welcoming and has everything you need! The view from the deck is Amazing and we were all able to hang out and enjoy time out there. Grab a glass of iced tea, lemonade, coffee or wine and there are great books to read all over the condo, that was a plus for sure!! Erin responded promptly throughout our stay. We had ants and she had pest control come out, that took care of a lot!! I needed a small sewing kit she had one in a cubby for me to use. The place is equipped with everything kid and baby friendly which I loved and used!!! The pool is nice and convenient and the kids loved the little beach where they played and built sand castles and at night enjoyed the fire flies, so beautiful!! We had a really relaxing and wonderful time at your condo thank you so much for allowing us to stay.

Very nice

This is a great property. It sits right on the water with morning sun so you can enjoy evenings on the covered porch while watching the boats. The condo was well appointed and even offered a few extra such as beach towels available. The property manager was quick to reply to questions. I highly recommend this propery for a family stay.

Annual Golf Trip

We have a group of friends that do an annual golf trip. This year we ventured back to the Lake. We enjoy staying at a condo that has a nice deck with a view of the channel traffic. This condo did not disappoint. The property was beautiful. The owner was accommodating and quick to respond to messages. We enjoyed our time and will return there in the future.

I love our neighborhood. It is right on the main channel of the Lake of the Ozarks at MM 20. We get to see all of the boat and jet ski action right from the deck. I also love the pools and beach area.

I have tried my best to make sure everything you need for your vacation is available to you, besides food and drinks, of course.
I remember the days of taking our young kids on vacation and having so many things to pack. We have taken care of that for our guests, making your preparation for a trip to the lake, much simpler.
We have a pack n play, high chair, toys, stroller, foldable chairs, sleeping bags, beach towels and so much more. You will also find everything you need to cook if you prefer to stay in.
