Papakea D401 is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo featuring amenities such as a washer/dryer, vaulted ceilings, and air-conditioning. Located on the fourth floor, this condo can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests with a King bed in the master bedroom bedroom, a Queen bed and a Twin bed in the loft-style second bedroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the main living area. The open-concept living room features modern furniture with Hawaiian-theme decorations and a large flat-screen TV. Window AC unit and ceiling fan are provided in the living room for your comfort. (please note the window AC runs on a wall timer)
The serene master bedroom on the main floor features a King-size bed and a ceiling fan, but no AC. Down the hall is the updated bathroom which boasts a large vanity space and a walk in shower. Upstairs is the loft-style guest bedroom with a Queen-size bed and a Twin-size bed With no AC. Pack light and take advantage of the unit's washer and dryer for added convenience.
Unwind on the private lanai with the lush garden and peek-a-boo views of the Pacific Ocean as the back drop. Dine al fresco on the lanai with a dining table for 2. A dining table for 4 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and full-size stainless-steel appliances. Ample counterspace makes meal prepping a breeze and provides additional counter seating for 2.

- Papakea Resort is performing a property-wide extensive plumbing project and you may hear some noise during this time. Work in this unit begins January 20, 2025, with an estimated completion for this unit projected on or around February 13th, 2025.
- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work.
- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.
- Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
- We have been notified that the project is pending completion around June 2026. We have decreased rates during these dates to compensate for any inconvenience. ***

It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay. Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival.
